My origin story of gambling goes back when I was still a kid, a lot of people in my neighborhood are playing card games, dice games, horse race machines, fruit games and even playing some of kid games and then putting money in it to make the stakes more gambling instead of just fun. When you grow up surrounded by people that values having money whenever they can and even take it away from others by any means necessary, you get exposed so early in gambling.

My gambling life started when i was small trying  my luck, with some bottles of soft drinks in an event with other children, we had to pay for it just to have fun and i won the game after which i started enjoying it, whenever i find games for fun for children till i graduated gradually till now.

I actually don't have much to tell, I started gambling with offline games such as throwing of dile, cards and the rest of skill base games and I wasn't betting on sport while though there was just few number of offline gambling shops and was no accessibility to online or mobile gambling providers.
But as development evolves and accessing the internet become easier, I found it interesting betting on sport due to my love for football and since then, sport bets has become my most favourite bet.

A few years ago, I had an accommodation issue and lost my job too within the same period. It was devastating. So I went to stay with my friend for some time while setting things up for myself. While I was at home one afternoon taking a nap, my friend was away. I overheard her younger sister and some other guys talking about a game they stake and how they collaborate to play it. They play the same amount and agreed to withdraw one before the other if they feel the game will cut. And share the money, and if the other one finally wins all, they will also share it. I was amazed at their gambling method. Finally they won big. I was happy for them. But that is indeed a normal thing because interest in something can arise when we see other people with their seriousness and hype that makes us interested in it.
I also previously did not know and did not know how to gamble online but indeed some of the closest people who had gambled first told me how it was quite easy for me to follow, especially at that time when I was young, it made my blood rise even more, which made it not difficult for me to gamble and maybe even had a big enough effect in addiction because the hype was still very large.

I started my betting experience using those local offline betting shops and then having gotten little insights about it was just trying to be  on a safer side but it was a fun experience cause everytime I lose it gives me more insights on how to go about my next move. Though I had some loses back then but it didn't weigh ne down cause I was literally betting wisely but sometimes I get frustrated when my prediction don't hit the target.

Quite a similar story, but mine had to be a respected brother who hinted me on the basics of gaming, and encouraged that I try to play high odd games to be able to foot certain bills on my own. That's interesting and this way, you can easily join gambling because of the excitement and expectation of those guys you met and since you don't actually know how it works you will be thinking it will be easy for you to toy with untill you go into it and see things yourself that's when you will understand that is more than what you saw initially. Well your experience is kinda similar with many if us.....Many of us including me started betting coz of the influence of friends.... I loved watching sports right from my younger days but then I was was against anything gambling, the reason for that was that I felt that gambling was biased, that it only favoured some folks and didn't favour others... The matter took a lot of time, I have to register on the fiat casino which did not take up to 10 minutes before everything went well and ready to stake with, I made that throw away account and just used once just for the purpose of the bet, I know the risks of using another person account so I never allow that to happen we never even get to withdraw the fund since he never make any winning.

In my case, I didn't start gambling out of excitement or the desire to make money. I have told my story here in this forum a few times.
