Betroller.com - BIG SCAM!

The Betroller Casino has been withholding my funds in the amount of 414 USDT since January 7th.
My ID is 1430481715
I was assigned verification, and I promptly provided all the documents (passport, selfie, INN, SNILS, communal payments, transfer statements, and submitted all the documents that were not even asked of me).To which I received a response from the security service, "The Security Service has no reason to believe, that this user ID belongs to you.".After that, they stopped responding to my mail, and verification is not being carried out.I've provided all the photos, probably about 50-60 photos in total with different angles and backgrounds, but the security service ignores me.They are outright scammers, they reply to other emails, but they do not respond to mine.

I do not recommend contacting these scammers.I didn't break anything, I won something, I lost something.But they refuse to carry out verification, even though I have provided all the documents and even more than they requested.They just ignore me in the mail for 8 days.

These are big scams like 1xbit and 1xbet.But they don't even want to verify me!

Sadly, they don't have an ANN thread here, so there is no representative from their casino to contact. I suggest trying to post this on Casino.guru, I just checked, and they have a review there, so the casino.guru staff probably has a chance of contacting someone from the casino's team.

I searched the forum and found that your thread is the first one posted about this mysterious casino. I also found on Casino.guru that you saw what acroman08 said and you posted the issue you faced.

I see that Romi (Community & Complaints Administrator) asked you a question about 5 hours ago and you replied to her. I hope that after she receives enough answers and evidence from you, she will be able to contact the casino and mediate to resolve your issue.

It is worth noting that there are no other reviews or discussions about this casino there except for what you wrote and I also couldn't find any listings or reviews for them on Trustpilot.

May I ask why you chose this casino specifically to play on?

Did you deposit your USDT into the casino from your personal wallet or through a CEX platform?

Also, have you tried contacting them through their official social media channels??

The big question is what made you choose a less known casino over the so many common and trustworthy ones we see everyday around here?
Casinoguru or Askgamblers might be your best shot, that is if they even care about their reputation at all. Customer support ignoring messages from a customer or client is not a good sign at all.

I just hope you get back your money.
