You very likely ignored e.g. rule #32 of
Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ. You likely posted consecutive posts when this is totally unnecessary, either due to ignorance or lazyness.
If in a topic/thread your post is the last one then you can only bump the topic after more than 24h of time passed since your last post or otherwise it's considered an unwanted and not allowed consecutive post which only bloats the topic/thread. This is usually annoying and gets reported and moderators commonly act, either by deletion of your consecutive posts but mostly by concatenation of them. Consider yourself lucky because you cause unnecessary work for moderators.
