OP is clearly out here to scam. If he truly needs USDT of over $2M then I don't think the best place to lock for them is here. There are a lot of p2p exchanges (those that require KYC verification and those that don't) where he would easily by the USDT with someone who has a bank account from there.

He is probably dodging that route because the coins won't be released unless if he confirmed payment. to the bank account consequently avoid fraud.
