No one actually thinks or dream of it  but then we find ourselves getting involved meanwhile sales professionalism is something everyone needs to learn or grab as a business owner or aspiring. It gives you more priveledge and creates a good relationship with customers overtime. Moreso it isn't something one should avoid or be shy about at the mean time because it drives one to their target market audience.
Just like me, I have never dreamed of being a salesman because it's not really a job that can be dreamed of any kid. But as I've grown already, I have actually worked in a sales job and it did taught me a lot of lessons. Talking to people randomly, asking them if they need the product that I am selling and as well as getting to know more about them as we talk because that's part of building rapport. It's actually a good job and the requirements for being hired in any sales job isn't that much because there's lesser demand in there. And if you happen to grow there, you'll definitely earn as much as you can and you'll get a flexible schedule as well.

Technological sophistication will continue to develop and penetrate all sectors until humans cannot withstand it. However, this technological development can also create convenience for all businesses, eliminating the need to spend more money on paying more employees when there are already replacement tools made by certain technologies. Furthermore, promotional campaigns will also facilitate reach across the region without having to travel to remote areas. Besides being able to directly use social media platforms, some businesses have also used certain robotic systems to promote products without having to hire celebrities to endorse new products from their companies.
This can be convenient for anyone because the impact of advanced technological developments can make marketing more accessible, even to remote villages, allowing business owners and salespeople working in certain companies to increase their sales targets. I have a friend who works in automotive sales and he often shares his marketing process through social media, specifically and the significant impact he has achieved as many customers actually learn his name through social media. If marketing is packaged well and social media usage can be increased, I'm confident sales will increase as almost everyone now uses social media.

Sale's looks attractive though, but it's more better if your the owner of the product being sold. If your a sales persons to any CEO, all the profits goes to him, so I would advise that, if your gunning for any sale's job, do well to also come up with your own brand and become a CEO of your own. We know literally all the names of CEOs of big companies across the globe, trust me the men that run the day to day business of those companies sometimes are always under undue pressure to meet up with sales target, the public might not know, but trust me a sale's job is not as easy as you make it seem, if target are not met, your CEO is already looking for replacement.
Nope bro, this depends on your agreement with the firm you work with. Some deal on profit sharing and this motivates the sales personnel to do more bearing in mind that the more you sell, the more you earn. It is normal for a sales team or person to have a target so they don't become passive about their duties but so far, I've seen from happenings around me that placing a sales personnel on fixed salary makes them very lazy, but when they know they're deciding their fate by themselves, they tend to work harder.

Sales targets comes with lots of pressure to meet up with quite alright, but the major problem comes from not being qualified as a sales person before taking up such roles and some companies does very bad jobs at training their sales personnel before sending them into the streets to bring back good patronage.

Again not having confidence in the product you're selling can make the sales low, if there are various lies projected around a project to make it more enticing than it really is, the sales person may refrain from selling that product to those that holds them to a high esteem so that it doesn't backfire on them.

When given the right platform, support and adequate training, sales personnel's tend to do a better job.

There are a ton of people who dream of being a great salesman, it is just that they do it based on profession. Someone who wants to be in the car mechanic world, dreams of being able to sell repairs.

Someone who wants to be in the crypto world, dreams of selling a token. You dream of being a salesman wherever you are, even if nothing else, you dream of selling your services to a worker, you can be someone as boring as accountant, and you try to sell your accounting. So it's quite common.

Being a salesman is good if you are selling your own products to the world as a business person, and also you need to have a good communication skills for you to actually dominate and control your audience because it requires you to be in your best behavior as much as you can and always be ready to please your customers or clients because they are your audience and if your audience are pleased it means great sales. Being a great salesman that can market anything also requires you to have the right products that your audience will actually accept and be attracted to so you need the right audience and the right products too.

This is no different from saying, “Just start and don't think about the outcome.” I agree that it doesn't matter what the product or service is, but rather the willingness to start. People will see and react to what we have started.
I never wanted to be a salesman, but I realize that being a salesman who sells and promotes products requires skills that not everyone has.
Salespeople approach people and offer the products they want to sell. Without the ability to make people interested, the product will not be accepted.
