Someone mentioned KYC up front if it's a casino that does KYC, I feel like that would be a good idea to implement before a user is even allowed to deposit. I know this probably isn't a  suggestion you were thinking, but IMO it's a great idea.

Most of the reputable casino already have cover for this kind of loses that related to their own security fault. But if you let someone hack you then I guess no sane casino will give insurance for that.

I want to see on casino removing the house edge and introduce a cashback every week as way of giving back to players what they lose even once a month event only that doesn’t required wagering requirements.

Very serious question you have got there. The competition is real in the gambling industry and I realized there's different reasons why customers focus on a particular gambling company which are collectively personal. Even as some people are there and attracted by the most recent promos.
The idea of free insurance to protect customers funds should their be losses by hacking etc would be a great one but the possibility of granting that is slim mostly about hacking as it can be used against them.

I can’t really think of a promo that would instantly put a casino on top. Once a promo proves effective, other casinos usually copy it, and it quickly becomes the new normal.

What I think really needs improvement is customer service. Gamblers also don’t like strict KYC, so that’s a big factor. If a casino can remove or at least minimize KYC, even for players winning big amounts, it would be much easier for them to attract gamblers.

Of course, that comes with risks on their side since they still have to comply with regulators. But if they can secure a license with more relaxed monitoring, they should take that route. In the end, that would result in better customer experience overall.

I think that's a good thing and probably it's a feature mostly on higher rank betting accounts but if it's introduce even to new or low rank accounts. I agree on this but we all know that this is too good to be true since this can be abused through multiple account. Just lowering the wagering requirements is more than enough to make a changes and attractive to most gambler.

Personally, I don’t claim any bonus anymore because I knew how bullshit the ToS. Some free bet and rakeback is the only bonus that get these days while the rest are garbage that is just intended to make you play and lose.

This idea is with insurance and very interesting. Which would help to handle the issue of real trust.

As for me, I will be interested for a casino to have a built-in loss-control wallet. Not only limits that can be changed when ever you want to, rather a smart lock settings were rules are predefined such as max loss for each week, days to cool down after having a bad streak, or even a profit withdrawal that is automatic. Such that once set, there would not be any access for editing until a fixed period of dated has passed.

This would shift casinos away from pure incentives to being a long-term sustainability for players. Free bets of course and like what you said, free rounds of slots too. I think 10 spins is like short for us. Maybe give us more like 20 free slot spins and I think that will be good. This is the reason that I like Stake.com, it will request for KYC from anyone that wants to make use of the game site. Without KYC, there will be no deposit. Unlike some gambling sites that will allow you to register immediately, not knowing that you will forced to get verified. You will not know that until you are about to withdraw. I think free bet has been over hyped because some casinos allow you one chance for such gift and they have conditions for it. For example, if you have two accounts, you are giving free bet in one account. Free bet in the real sense of it is not actually free as you have conditions attached to it.

What I think to be added is for casinos to reward a gambler who lost his bet every time he bets and loses, at least 1% of the wager amount  I believe gamblers will increase the amount use to bet and that will also increase the revenue of the casino despite the percentage they will pay back to the gambler.

Some casinos do have that kind of insurance, but it’s coming from their own funds. IIRC, last year even big casinos like Metawin and Stake got hacked, yet they stayed operational and gamblers’ funds weren’t touched.

That’s why if you’re gambling on big and popular casinos, it’s usually not much of a concern. It’s also different from exchanges, where users leave funds sitting there for trading positions.
