Over the years, successive administration have come and gone.it seems difficult for the incoming new government to start from where his predecessor stopped. The scenario am trying to create here is the issue of abandoned uncompleted project of the past administration that littered all over the country which many runs into billions and are allowed wasting, even when the project would be very impactful in the lives of the masses and the general public.why is the new administration chose to initiate new one instead of completing the uncompleted projects if truly government is a continuous process?.for instance in my state, past administration started and completed a gigantic water scheme project which gulped up to billions, what was left was to lay piples to the capital city and its environs for water reticulation across to serve the water needs of the residents. That project remained abandoned up to date.
This is the second administration in the state and none deemed it necessary to complete the water project but go ahead to initiate new ones.think policies should be put in place to ensure the new administration follows the footsteps of his predecessors to complete his uncompleted projects especially those that will serve basic needs of the people.

What's your thoughts?
