Here's my quick idea for this.
Slot players = Crankers (cranking that slot machine)
Roulette players = Spinners ('cause well, some of those things spin)
Blackjack players = Jackets (for no specific reason?)
Dice players = 6 siders ('cause a dice has 6 sides?) or Rollers (roll the dice)
Pokers = Yeah, Pokes is a good choice for this one.
Sports Bettors = Managers?
E-Sports Bettors = Keyboards 

This is actually a fun and creative list bro and some of the nicknames fit really well and feel natural. “Crankers,” “Spinners,” and “Rollers” especially make sense and are easy to associate with the games. A few like “Jackets” and “Keyboards” feel more like inside jokes, but that’s part of the charm and makes the list entertaining rather than serious. Nice thought bro.

Well, at least here in Venezuela, we don't have any specific names for people who gamble or bet in specific casino games or sports, we all all of them with the same noun "apostadores" / gamblers. Regardless whether they play casino games or go for sport betting.
It would seem to me that there is not much of a gambling culture here in this country, in the same manner there is a strong gambling culture in Nigeria.

Nicknames for different types of players usually need to be created where necessary. Otherwise, it's just a game with an unclear goal and almost no rules. Generally, players can be named after different cryptocurrencies. For example, based on long-term profitability, I could come up with several nicknames.
1. Long-term winner. A player who is profitable over the long term.
2. Average winner. A person who wins for several years and then often loses most of their profits.
3. Lucky gambler. Someone who gets lucky for a month or two, but who will inevitably lose.
4. Money-spinner. A person who mostly plays with a minus.
5. Bad gambler. A player who loses everything.

I can't believe you came up with those things right away, dude, hehehe! But honestly, I really liked the code names you mentioned for each of the online casino games, nice one on that.
I only had one thing in mind for Poker, which is 'Mr. Poki' (though it sounds like a slang term for a woman's puss* here in my country).  just a random thought, hehe.

As for the other casino games, I can't think of any other code names for them. I guess people with really creative imaginations could come up with a lot

Players who bet on real events can be called "Nostradamuses." Nostradamus was a famous medieval fortuneteller who predicted the future. His predictions were written in verse, the meaning of which was very obscure and vague. Nevertheless, his prophecies were very popular, and his name became a byword. He remains very popular in Europe. But I don't know about countries in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. 🤷 Perhaps you have other famous fortune tellers there.

Poker players, in my opinion, could be called "Professors." It's the most intellectual form of gambling, requiring an excellent memory, good mathematical abilities, and the ability to quickly analyze information.

Slot players, in my opinion, could be called "Pups." They love everything noisy, shiny, with a bright design and quick results. 👶

I would call dice players "Musketeers."  D'Artagnan, Athos, Porthos, and Aramis were great fans of dice. Alexandre Dumas vividly described this game of chance in his novel "The Three Musketeers."

I would call eSports bettors "Cyborgs" or "Terminators." They clearly came to us from the Future.

I have my own version for the Poker players and E-sports bettor.
I'd call the Poker players as Math Professors for expert mode, and Math Majors for the average poker players.
Simply because they deal with numbers in order to outplay and outsmart each others, lol.

While I call the E-sports bettors as Respawners. From the word Respawn, very common for every MMORPG games, FPS games, and Moba games, every time your character dies, they respawn in the next round.
So, every time these bettors losses their bets, they respawn to live and bet another day, lol.

Just for confirmation purposes (I mean, I have to, it's really important) — I am from Asia, and I have heard about Nostradamus, not sure from where though, probably from Internet somewhere.

Sometimes stupid ideas are fun because people prefer joking around to starting something serious. I remember some friends being called pseudonyms because of their gambling behavior and those names sometimes came about by accident. This kind of idea is sometimes interesting because during discussions, I can call someone who likes to play slots "sloker" or another name that suits them. To avoid misunderstandings, maybe we could adjust the names, but after thinking about it, I don't know what to call someone who likes to bet on football.

I laughed out loud when I read the names of gamblers in certain categories LOL it will be hard to remember their names I just say they are "gamblers" I remember it easier, creative idea but what do you call those who play everything? LOL

Great idea, man! It will definitely bring some fun to the forum, haha. Coming to the nicknames, you quickly gave them nicknames, but that's okay. We need some dashing and handsome names. For the casual gamblers, "Weekend Warrior" is the best name, and for the Blackjack "dealers", that name is suitable for them. Those are some nicknames that came to my mind right now. If some more come to me, I will edit my post then.

It's an idea that has always worked, especially in the world of the internet and forums, although nowadays these terms are spreading to the streets, but I'm not sure if there was a prior consensus to choose these labels or not, probably, or at least what I think is that these names were born on their own and became popular through some kind of anecdote that others thought fit like a glove haha.

Nah, I think trifecta could be reserves for those who played or bet on horse racing, for sure they can relate on it.

Doubles or Singles? That is a term for dart players, (it shows how many games I followed or played, Lol).

But yeah, I don't think that most gamblers could relate to it, on the other hand, some of us doesn't have any idea on what category we are in. As long as we are making money thru our gambling, then everything is good.
