I live in a country where all payment services are blocked, from Visa to Mastercard to Google, so I have great difficulty with anything related to payment. This card might provide me with the perfect solution especially since it's without KYC.

Recently, I was trying to open a Google Chrome developer account, but I couldn't pay the $5 fee due to Google's payment restrictions in my country.
The only thing I didn't like was that there's only a $60 annual plan, while I would have preferred a monthly plan since I wouldn't have to use the card all year.

Nevertheless, I decided to buy this card and try it out for payments, and I'll share my experience here.

I hope you didn't get confused. That's a Visa Card to pay with Apple or Google Pay. I don't know how it is going to work in a place where all those payments are blocked. Maybe for online payments if you are using Tor or VPN will. Please let us know your experience with it.

Thank you, I was actually researching this very point before buying the card.
I did extensive research but I didn't reach a definitive conclusion. However, it's safe to say that even if I use Tor or a VPN, Google can still block me from making payments if I use an old Google account because they have the geographic data from my email and mobile phone.

The correct way (I think) for the card to work without problems is to create a new Google account using Tor or a VPN and a US or European phone number. This is difficult for me.

If the card offered a one-month plan, I would have tried it, so unfortunately, I think I'll abandon the idea.

@yhiaali3, my advice is to ask their customer service about the list of countries that are on the banned list, and would you still be able to use the card even if that is the case. What I can tell you from personal experience with some other similar services is that I was in a situation where I bought a virtual card that I later found out that I could not use it in a mobile wallet (Google Pay), but I used it with the help of a VPN for various online payments (subscriptions, software...)

In other words, if Visa and Master do not support your country, you will not be able to add a card to any of the mobile wallets, and for online payments you could only try using a good VPN.

Imagine that from within my account I searched for contact, support, or customer service and found nothing. I had to go to the website's homepage to be able to send a message via email, and there is no direct contact with support. This is a negative point.

Anyway, I sent them an email asking about the list of banned countries and whether their services can be used in this case if the country is banned. I am waiting for their reply and when it comes I will put it here.

I also sent an email a few days ago and haven't received any response yet - and then I joined their Telegram group and without asking any questions the admin banned me from the group. I don't know what the reason is for that, but whatever it is, they have a very strange way of attracting new clients.

Edit : It seems that someone reported the group and it was deleted, now I see that there is a new one again.

I emailed them about six days ago and haven't received a reply yet. I haven't even received a notification email or an automated reply to inform me that the email was received (as professional companies usually do).

Honestly, I had some doubts because I saw on the website that they offer:

I'm absolutely certain you just wanted to help, and it's great that you shared it here, even if I don't personally benefit from it; many others might.

Anyway, I found a Telegram group and asked them about the possibility of using the card in restricted countries, especially regarding Google Play services and Visa and Mastercard.  one member on group replied me (I don't know if he's an administrator or just a regular member) but his answer was general and didn't specifically address my question.

I see thede cards as especially pointless because for instance they're too expensive and don't even do the job they're supposed to that well. It's just a gimmick. Be a smart consumer and avoid products that have no reputation and could trap your money.

Just find someone IN PERSON willing to take BTC for cash and you've already solved 80% of the issue. Cash is more anonymous and untraceable than any card could be KYC or not.

@yhiaali3, I don't think it makes sense to pay $60 for a card only to find out that it won't be of any use to you - because if your country is on the list of banned countries, the only way to try to get around it would be with the help of a VPN, as I wrote before. There are some alternatives that do not require upfront payment and can be tested with very small amounts ($10+).

It's too easy nowadays to make the things work for a few months and then disappear. But from this to ignore the usefulness of these cards is a step in the wrong direction.

That's exactly what I think. If you want to sell a single amount that isn't very high, say €800, meeting someone P2P could be an option, although you have to take precautions, such as sending it from an address that only has that amount of money, and meeting in a public place.

If you opt for P2P exchange for fiat and don't want to meet in person, the usual option is a transfer or automatic bank payment systems such as Bizum, where your details are exposed.

But to spend a few hundred a month on a recurring basis, meeting in person every month seems like playing with fire to me. For that use, I think non-KYC cards are better. I agree with the following as well.

There are occasions such as online services where a card is needed. But there's no particular reason to buy a shady card that just appeared as an online service. There are cards sold over the counter for years that are real and established which should be the government to solution for anyone that absolutely needs a visa or MasterCard.

Agree with you. As I mentioned in one of my previous posts if there was a one-month subscription plan, I would have subscribed immediately without question as a test, but paying $60 for an unknown service is illogical.

Freedomia's policy is fundamentally flawed on this point. As a new, unknown service that hasn't yet earned trust, you should offer low-cost card subscription options, not annual subscriptions. What guarantees are there that this new company will last a year?

I haven’t used that specific card, but I’d be careful with anything claiming high limits without KYC. I’d check the company registration, terms of service, fees, and whether funds are custodial. Also worth testing with a small amount first before relying on it. Curious to hear real user experiences too.
