Do you think you could become Rich through gambling?

I know this is rare but the percentage of people who are gambling today have this perspective and notion about becoming successful through gambling, and of course that is very possible but is very rare to happened, but guess what?

This is what gets most people trapped in between, because they are trying to prove themselves that they can make it true gambling but without knowing it is going the other way round where you would be gambling and losing after countless loses you could find it too hard to quit couples with the amount spent for years of gambling without succeeding hitting a better chance.

These people are desperate and think of gambling as their only way to become rich, hoping to become lucky and somehow hit the jackpot.

Don't get me wrongly, there are people who gambles a day and made it in their life and there are people who has been gambling for the past 1-3 years without winning any substantial amount while gambling and yet didn't quit gambling. I want to know if you found yourself in this condition would you continue to gamble or you will quit along the line?

In my few years of gambling, I've never really made a lot of money, let alone get rich. I still haven't quit though, because I only treat it as a recreational activity, and I'm not chasing for the big wins. I think if the goal is to get rich, then you should do the opposite and avoid gambling as much as possible, since it's just inconsistent and unreliable as a way to make money.

Rich or just richer, many people hope to become just a bit richer.  Only a few actually think they will be rich from winning the big state lotto or similar, its a very slim chance and I dont think many believe they will, only that its not impossible which is fair I suppose.
   Either you have alot of capital and hope to double it on the roulette wheel by sheer good luck or you believe you have amazing luck and skill.   I would not think I know a sport so well I could bet my way through to a series of wins but again its not impossible its just I'm lacking that skill.  I reckon most people are modest they just hope to be rich for the day not become rich as such.

However, this comes with exceptions. If you have been gambling for couple of years, yet no decent profits gained, then stop your illusion, gambling will not make you rich but will only make you poorer.

There are people who have been gambling for over 10 years, not because they have won a sizable amount or they have been successful all those years of gambling but because gambling have just become a part of their passion. This is why we say that gambling is for fun because anything you do for fun, you never get tired of it despite the money you spend each time you needed to have such kind of fun. Apparently, many gamblers falls in this category of those who have been gambling for years without winning a substantial amount so did they quit? no, they didn't, it's just gambling after all so it's no big deal inasmuch as you don't get yourself into trouble while gambling.

Based on the OP's title, I think that's exactly the primary goal of most gamblers in both online and offline casinos. It's especially obvious with small-capital players who deposit small amounts; it's clear they are trying to grow their money through gambling.

That is what was in my mind the first time I knew about gambling, because I saw a lot of money from influencers. But not until I personally experience it and see the outcome of my doings. We may win, of course, but in my case, I lose more.

If you don't have discipline, you'll never achieve wealth in gambling. People that bet with their heart and not their brain are the ones that lose their kids college funds, houses, families, and ultimately maybe their life. You cannot be crazy and profit long run. Based on the title, my answer is yes, folks can indeed get rich through gambling...But then it isn't always a guarantee. I can't find myself in that condition because I don't put my hope in gambling for it to change my life overnight. If it happens, so be it, but I don't consider it as the only hope that I have to achieve everything that I'm dreaming of.

First step to becoming an addict is to play a scenario in you mind where you suddenly become rich gambling. The second step is to take gambling so seriously like a job to be able achieve that false dream. The reality a majority of the time is the higher your expectations the higher your losses and the harder you feel the losses.

It's a lot more stress free if most people just perceived gambling as a way to have some fun and earn some extra cash along the way instead of trying to chase losses or greedy wins.

Absolutely not; I like to think of it as a form of entertainment where you pay to participate. Just like when you buy a concert ticket or go out for an expensive meal, there is an expectation that you will spend money to be entertained. When you leave with more money than you went in with, that's great; however, for me, my idea of true wealth comes from what I can control through working, investing, and building good habits. The instant you feel that you need to win at gambling to be fine; you have in essence already lost.

Many gamblers are already trapped in that condition and we keep gambling because of something called hope. There is always hope for a win very soon, maybe the next game, and that makes us gamble.

Anyone can get rich through gambling, but it is still unwise to have an unrealistic expectation of gambling. It is dangerous to consider gambling a reliable means to get rich. Even though one can get rich through gambling, the probability of incurring severe losses is not ruled out. The gambling system is designed to always be ahead of the gamblers.

If I am a gambler who desires to get rich through gambling, I will erase any thoughts I have about gambling in my head if after 2 to 3 years of constant gambling, I still have nothing to show for my efforts, aside constant losses.

To be honest I don't see any reason why a responsible gambler would think of being a rich man or rich woman through gambling. Although it might likely work for gamblers but it's quite irresponsible to start gambling with the mindset of doubling your money overnight because gambling is a game of luck, at least we need to understand this for ones because gambling is a get rich quick you to have luck on your side before you would be a great gambler. If you understand that it's rare to happen, then that's the hint that you should not try to win and beat the house, understand the limitations, and how rare winning a jackpot is.

Look I gamble for fun not to earn money, that's why I say I don't expect big wins because I bet with small amounts of money so I don't expect big wins. I'd probably quit temporary.

And by that time, it's when I'll think about if it's still worth it for me to gamble and just enjoy every single amount that I'd put into gambling.

Because if it's no longer worth it, I'll quit forever. But I haven't found myself in that situation and that's why I am still continuing to gamble.

I've realized that it won't make me rich as I am not one of those lucky jackpot winners. And, that's just fine and won't stop me as of now.
