Do you think you could become Rich through gambling?

It is true that you can actually get wealthy through gambling and some people have even shown that it is very possible but it doesn't come very easy, it's kinda like a 50/50 chances and you either make it or you lose it so it depends on luck and your skills. For I don't have and I don't have the mindset of hoping that gambling is going to make me rich because I don't want to be disappointed or even lose myself to addiction, and some I feel like there's something that control you when ever you win big and I have seen that in some people that have made money in gambling they usually don't spend or make something good out of the money they have won because it's easy money and winning makes some people think that they can win any time.

I know this is rare but the percentage of people who are gambling today have this perspective and notion about becoming successful through gambling, and of course that is very possible but is very rare to happened, but guess what?..

For those who play for the purpose of entertainment, winning is not as important as for those who play with the sole purpose of making a profit. But as practice shows, it is the former who win more often than the latter, and this may be due to the fact that most people still play for entertainment.

For those who play for entertainment purposes, losing is certainly not a big problem, because they understand that losing is normal, so they accept the possibility of losing as normal with winning, so if they lose, they can easily accept it. But the problem only starts when a gambler cannot accept his losses, and the main problem arises due to not accepting losses, from this the amount of loss exceeds the capacity, and people then start making emotional decisions which create bigger losses over time. So for entertainment, we have to follow the limits by maintaining control, otherwise it will never give anything good.

The purpose of gambling is to win... earn... but don't overdo it because somehow you won't get there especially if you don't have strict discipline that you lose a lot of money and then become depressed because you lose.

The problem with many players is that they don't even want to think about losing, not winning. So I prefer to go through more conservative and guaranteed routes when earning money, instead of taking high risks which can result in complete failure. If luck has to hit you at some point, let it happen naturally while you are working hard.

Me finding myself in this kind of situation of gambling for a long time and am losing steadily, and at it all no real improvement to it, I will just quit because continuing to prove that it will work out someday can turn out to dangerous, you see hopes we put on something sometimes really do make people not to see things clearly. The more time and money that is being invested, the more you find it hard to stop what ever you're doing, even when the results is not tangible.

You see quitting gambling don't mean you're weak or you have failed, but sometimes it's the hardest or strongest decision people do make, walking back gives you the time to reset yourself and also give a rethink on your goals, rather than being like that just put your energy on something that has value,like a better odds and will yield in long term .

Because a smart person would know that gambling is not the way to get rich. Those newbies or addicts always think that it's the "others" that will lose. They think that a casino makes their money from gamblers losing, but they could be the exception that wins the jackpot and change their life.

Of course that ends with them being the losers themselves and not be the winner but they do not even realize that, and this causes them to lose a lot. We can't really consider this as a possibility anymore, we have to realize we are going to lose and just have fun.

The only way I can win big amount of money is only when I stake high amount of money like the rich gamblers does. But I can not take that risk because that is not what I can afford to lose and I also know that winning is not assured. If anyone can understand gamble very well they will know that risk management is very important, it is not advisable to go all in when you know that the bet is risky and you have no guarantee that you will win.

That's a scary wish, something I don't even want to think about because this will easily mess up the mind, we like grinding on what we believe, imagine believing in gambling, you will do all you can to make this happen but the dangers?

I gamble for fun and not for profit irrespective of the losses that is attached to gambling. It was when I was addicted that I was gambling for profits and I know what I passed through during that period because all the money on me was put into gambling thinking that's my way to get rich quick. I was exactly in this situation, I was losing massively during the last three years and have not seen any substantial win in this time, I was smart enough though as I have quit or at least so far I have not gambled more massively. Everyone is true that is trapped in such context as people think that maybe next time they will hit the big jackpot or that life changing event. The problem is that this never happens or at least this is the case in 99.99% of the times for all gamblers, they just keep dreaming and deceiving themselves which keeps gamblers in such never ending loop. I guess very few people achieve self control, personally I made a small mistake, I spent like 10-15 dollars yesterday night and lost it all yet I don't care because before I kept losing like 100-200 dollars a session.

Its better to gamble without the mindset of making a hug win because if you do so and your expectations are not met then it might go down well at the of the day. you are right as long as gambling is concerned there is nothing like grace but luck. When people begin to associate there winning with grace, it simply means that they can be winning at all times which is not possible. However since gambling happens to be a game of luck winning doesn't happen at all time expect only when luck is on our side. Gambling is above grace, it is luck true out so we need to follow this step when gambling because relying on grace would definitely hot you the more.

Although I wouldn't conclude yet because I think the grace he's talking about is nothing but luck since nothing else can change the outcome of the game, honestly, there are things we don't need bother ourselves too much as we can not afford to beat the casino it's better to rely heavily on luck after making your analysis than relying on something else.

This is what gamblers needs to know so that they will stop believing that they will become rich through gambling, the only lucky winning that can change the financial status of a gambler is jackpot but since it doesn't happen to everyone and it happens once in a while gamblers should stop expecting to make money quick through gambling it's never easy because the casinos established the business to make more money than the players. Luck happens sometimes and you could see a lucky winner but the amount they usually win is using usually not compared to what they lost and some people after being lucky they will keep gambling untill they losses it back to the casinos.

I have been gambling for years, and until now I still have this goal in my mind that I can still be somehow get rich through gambling if the fate allows. I know getting rich is too much to say it, but what's actually the real purpose here why we keep risking our funds and keep gambling?

I believe we all want to get rich here. But due to different experiences from gambling, some just get rid of that thinking and just gamble just to entertain their present lives. But I still want to push it, getting rich in gambling in time. However, I'm not in a hurry with that and just enjoy the little wins I made from gambling.
