I think, it's either they don't fit the employers' standards or they're the ones who finds it hard to find a job that fits their standard.

I believe it isn't really that hard to be accepted as a fresh grad. A lot of companies are hiring fresh graduates for a minimum pay to save some salary expenses. But nowadays, the younger generation are picky when it comes to the job offer they'll accept. Salary, working environment, work and home distance, etc. A lot of things are need to be considered when accepting a job offer. But companies tend to offer small salary for fresh grads given that they don't have experience yet. However, with the current economy and inflation rate, minimum salary isn't really enough. If I were a fresh grad too, I'd be picky with the job I'll take. If you have a degree, you can easily find a job, but that's if you're willing to accept even the bare offer.

Yes but getting employed as a fresh graduate can only work if you have what they are looking for in there employees, most graduates with first class got with without knowing why they went to school that is why it is very difficult for firms to employ fresh graduates because they no most dont have the criteria they want in an individual to be employed. Apart from thst, self establishment is a primary access to getting any job because all employer believes if you can manage your personal business then it is easy to do so to another persons administration.

I noticed a lot of graduates finding it hard to find a job even after some time of graduation. They now have degrees but they can't seem to penetrate the workforce. It is not just about what you finished. A bachelor's degree is simply a title to show that you have some adequate knowledge and to some extent training in that particular field but what most graduates lack is experience. Students who were able to get part-time jobs even while studying have a more well rounded CV. Even if the part-time job is not exactly aligned with what you studied, you can still highlight the skills that you can use for the job you are applying for.

An impressive and a well rounded resume will get you a job.
Look, the first misconception that exists among us is that we think that a big degree is enough to get a job. But the reality is that the most important thing to get a job is skills, as well as preparing a good CV, which is considered the first step of our knowledge or intelligence. And we need a degree to make a CV. Along with obtaining a degree, we need to prepare well for the interview and be confident because a positive attitude accelerates our internal forces. So, to get a job, we need to set goals, develop our own skills, create a CV through a professional online profile, and prepare enough for the interview and behave clearly and confidently.

It is also a thing here in my country, there are a lot of new graduates that is having a huge difficulty when it comes to finding a job.

I mean there are surely a lot of jobs out there but I guess get a minimum paying job is going to be difficult for some people, or at least more than minimum, because these students are just studied for years in order to learn something and then companies are just going to pay them minimum, which makes it not worth it for some fresh graduates. It just makes it more competitive for some since there are some that is going to be willing to start at very small salary, because some companies are gonna want good experience for a low pay.

Also there were some influence involved if you know someone on the company or you have some kind of connection it might be easier or you might even get a higher pay or a good position if you have connections, especially here in my country when it comes to government jobs, connection is a huge thing, getting it without connection is going to be a difficult thing to do.

Yes, a good CV highlights a person's personality as well as his skills and creativity. Along with that, the importance of communication is immense for getting job sources. The more people you have in contact with, the more job offers you will have. Because the more people you get to know, the more people will know about you. And some of the people who know about you are working in different sectors. It may seem that they need a job in those sectors, they will remember you and your priority will be the highest in getting a job there. Because a recruiting officer does not want to judge a person only through CV. If he has a preconceived idea about a person, then a negative impression will be created towards him, besides a beautiful CV will play an important role in getting a job.

Once you are in professional life your connections matters a lot because not many companies advertise the job positions rather they solely induct new people who are referred by present employees. The more connections you have, more are your chances of getting to good positions. These connections can only be build if you have good communication skills along with working knowledge. Your communication skills can help you in  building connections that can take you to job interview but to get job you have to impress the recruiter with your knowledge and experience.

To get physical job this day is very difficult if you don't have connection, and it will involve some funds before you can get the job, but for online Job you don't need to look for connection to get the job to the company because the company will employ you base on what they experience from you during the interview before they confirm you in their company as one of their workers, since I discovered bitcoin investment and how to grow bitcoin in the wallet, I don't think I will be using my documents to look for physical Job because it will not give me what I want than to delay me not to be active in my business and other decentralized investment.

People give job employment based on experience in that field, they don't need to send you into training for 3-6 months while you receive salary or using those months to learn without being paid. Jobs are scarce as well, and it mostly goes to those on connections, but for someone trying to be fortunate on job haunting as a fresh graduate, should already be skilled in that area, it's not just the theoretical aspect, you should be able to function in that field.

Well i can agree with the fact that a good and well-rounded resume can assist you in landing a job but a good relationship and connection will always be the one to put you in the situation where your good and well-rounded resume will be seen or maybe i am just speaking based on personal experience. Sometimes the good and well rounded resume is just you and how you connect with other people, this is reason why most people with good resumes dont get jobs despite the actually good resume. So while you try to navigate the whole job ecosystem volunteering here and there or taking part time jobs also remember the connection you build while you're there is just as important as the skill you may develop there.

I have realized that some people do not get a job, simply because they are not looking for one. Especially that they are more exposed now in what's more profitable and sustainable in the long run, and that having a job is not a wise option.

Instead, going on investments or trading will attract them more. And with social media influencers that are even richer these days than those who are working on their executive jobs, that adds more to their realization that getting a job after graduation isn't a wise option anymore.

Reality these days, employers want to hire applicants that will cost them the least, not those what they'll gain from having them. So experience and skills may not be so important anymore as everything can be learned if you're already in the job place.

However, for others who are highly privileged and are close to their future bosses, they will surely get the job. Connection is one most crucial thing, if you think you don't have that, better build it first before investing your time and money during your appplication.

If you have a skill, you don't need a job. Job offers will practically be looking for you, especially when you are very good at your skill. I learned this very late but I am trying to catch up now. This is what I advice those undergraduates in colleges to focus on building at least one skill while they in are in school. The thing is that skills build on one another. And having a skill is one of the truest and surest paths to financial and economic freedom.
If we have skills, then it is better to make the most of them by continuing to hone them while trying to use those skills to earn more money. It would be even better if we could find people who are willing to invest in developing our skills into a larger business. Actually, it is quite easy to start a business nowadays, especially with the help of social media. However, sometimes our mentality becomes a problem due to a lack of readiness.

Actually, it is quite easy to start a business nowadays, especially with the help of social media. However, sometimes our mentality becomes a problem due to a lack of readiness.
The most fundamental preparation is being ready to face every competitor in the business sector, as others also use social media to promote and grow their own businesses. Therefore, everyone needs to be prepared, as social media is essential for gaining more trust and providing the best possible service for everyone. This is something that sometimes isn't possessed by everyone, which is why some remain pessimistic about starting a business due to lingering doubts about facing competitors and also about building public trust in the business they want to run.

There are a few ways to get a job after graduating. One way is to land a very low-paying job and then try to slowly, over years, build a career and move on higher positions but you need the financial support of your parents because with a low salary, you won't be able to support yourself. That's the case in my country but even in this case, you are in a competition against others who try to lick their bosses to get promoted, it's a dirty competition in almost every environment.

Another way is to forget that you graduated and see that the world isn't what your parents told you, start work in construction or delivery to earn some money and then collect it to start your own business.

By the way, I believe that connections matter the most. I landed my first job very accidentally. I hired a fitness trainer and paid a lot for it. One day, he told me if it was okay for me to train with another person because he didn't have time later. I told him that it was okay and luckily, this person was the co-founder of one of the most successful local startup. I was a newbie in UI/UX design back then, and I used that opportunity to show him my UI/UX portfolio. He liked it, and in a few weeks, I landed a job as a Junior UI/UX designer in his company.

In order to get a job, educational qualification as well as work skills are required. Because now a days job circulars are issued in companies. They always provide jobs to skill based people. Yes many people who have completed Graduate are more knowledgeable but this is the main reason for not getting a job. It is seen that their educational qualification is increasing day by day but no working experience is being gained. For example: If I hire a person in the company, I will give priority to the one who has the skills,Because that is the only useful one. He will be ready to give his best.

Laying emphasis of working experience, if all with good working years experience have been hired who will hire the inexperienced but knowledgeable enough to fit in to the position if chance is given. Many employers concentrate on working experience without considering those that just graduated and hunder to prove there qualities if a chance is given, and by so do are lot of traffic is created in the unemployment sector making job seekers many all because of an employers selfishness.  I think the right approach towards employment is to give opportunities to the fresh and ready new graduates for them to gain the same experience you are looking for the same way others gave to you when you had no knowledge about the job.

The majority of the population in the Philippines believe that if you've got a good education and finished your college studies, you'll get a good job. But this will hit a lot of struggling families because even you finished college studies, you'll only get paid minimum with that. The qualifications have been harder and these companies can demand so much from their applicants yet can pay less due to lesser competition. There's lack of jobs here and that's why they're taking advantage of the countless applicants, graduates and not. I agree about they provide better compensation for the skilled ones but, they're lowballing the newly grads.

Same here, Alot of people believe that once they finished high institution and get their certificate that they are qualified to apply for any job of their choice. They might be right but the thing is they can't get a well paying job because majority of the companies here don't pay well that is why most people are now going into side hustle, because there, the Money they will make a week might be x2 of the amount they are paying in those company work.

Those with skills are the ones enjoying the country because they charge what they wish to charge and the employer will have no option than to agree with whatever amount they mentioned more especially when you're experienced in your field people will keep coming to you without minding if you're charging high or not.

An impressive and a well rounded resume will get you a job.
What must be prioritized is good communication skills and expertise in the field being studied, the world still needs that today, why many graduates do not get jobs today because they have minimal skills and do not go to school properly to improve their skills but only based on style and pursuit of degrees while their skills do not increase much, that is the problem among advanced education today.

In my country many people with academic degrees are unemployed. This is because the qualifications of many undergraduate graduates now don't match industry needs coupled with the limited number of available jobs. Also as you mentioned, many jobs these days aren't judged by CVs or degrees but rather by connections. This, too makes a degree no guarantee of employment.

That's why you need to change your mindset: going to college isn't about finding a job, but rather about gaining adequate knowledge, building relationships, and honing your skills. So, when you graduate and earn a degree your mindset shouldn't be about finding a job but rather about how you can build a business or create your own ideas so you can earn money without relying on others for work.

Just graduating from a college isn't enough anymore. Unless you graduated from Harvard or whatever, you are not going to suddenly find a job right away (replace Harvard with whatever is the best college in your nation). What you need is to prove that you are also doing something while still studying.

I did that, which helped me a lot, while I was studying, I also did translations, so much so that the moment I graduated I got a job as an editor at some translation company. You have to have that extra work while studying so that you could prove you can do it.

The way the world is going today, even first class struggle to get a better job. You know there are actually work but most are salaries with below low check, the money can barely cover your transport and that's why plenty people are not employed, the work is hard for everyone and that's why people that are not too good from school just focus their energy on the hustle, they don't wait to survive they always ahead of everything in their life, they are ahead of the game.

Your certificate will save you but instead of waiting to have the job, why not focus on your business and do your thing instead of using that head up and down. I calculated the some business profits they make, you will not want to have anything to do with looking for job. The business might not be all that but the money some individuals makes from their hustle, you will know that education is in big trouble because the more people see that the value of school isn't there, nobody will.wamt to go to school.
