That's the reality, but if a college graduate has specialized skills, especially those related to their field of study, for example, if they majored in architecture, they automatically become experts because they can draw and calculate costs. Honesty life after school wasn’t easy and that’s why we can see there’s so many graduates everywhere, because their is lack of jobs in the country i ever across one books which said that skills rather than degrees. This day's I just keep telling my younger ones in school to get a skill while studying as well, it could be in their field or something different that way it will be much easier for them once they graduate. Getting a job after school can be tiring as most companies requires years of experience from the job been applied for, and if you're just a fresh graduate it will be hard to get one.

During service is another period where you can also register for any skill or go for training to equip yourself once you're done serving. Applying for a job you've experience already gives you an edge over others.

But then when you say part-time job while studying, I guess that's usually based on environment of dwelling. Take engineering field for example, in some location/countries, job scarcity is their national pandemic then how will a non graduate be able to get a part-time job that will be relevant to their studies? A degree is actually not a guarantee that a person actually has skills and complete knowledge about the field. You will find so many graduates who wouldn't even know the basics of what they have studied, and that's because they lack focus, they might clear the exams and pass out by memorizing that they need to get through, but that's not how you study if you want to actually work in the field you are studying about. People who find jobs in their field are the ones who are always focused on what they are studying, and that's simply because they are interested in that thing.

I have seen so many students who are studying a specific thing not because they have an interest in it but either because their parents want them to do it or because they have been told that this specific field has a lot of scope in corporate world, but they are not guided properly and told that you should not study something only so that you can land a good job in that field and make good money, but you should study what you personally like, and money will come your way eventually if you become very good at it.

So many people are holding onto their jobs, closing the doors for newcomers (especially young people) to find employment. With the rise of AI, employers are being more demanding and cheap/greedy. How can people gain experience if they've never been given the opportunity to work? This is a fundamental problem that some graduates with degrees may experience. Some jobs that prioritize skills over experience may be much easier because people can compete for them. However, if companies impose complex requirements, such as experience when applying, those with experience in that field will benefit. The employment system in my country is much more complicated because many requirements are required, such as a certain degree and previous work experience. This doesn't even mention connections within companies because without insiders, it can be difficult for people to get hired and this often happens.

Hahaha, having connections with people in high positions in a company is indeed advantageous in my environment, where they are called “insiders,” but sometimes the method is wrong. They take advantage of this to join easily, while those who try to join by applying tend to be easily eliminated. Sometimes my friends who have successfully joined a large company and when we get together, other friends joke around saying, “Don't be proud of being able to join with the help of insiders.” Having an insider is advantageous, but it can be frustrating when we end up being the ones who lose out in the competition to join a company.

Whether or not you have committed fraud at a previous company does not guarantee that it will be easy to find another job, even if you have experience. I don't know if this happens in other countries, but in my country, if you have money, you can get a job.

Sometimes this sounds ridiculous, but that's the reality. We work to earn money, but we have to spend money first. Even those with experience and skills sometimes lose out to those who can spend money.

I don't really know about some countries about getting a job quickly, but in our side, is very difficult to get a government job no really job opportunities, that is why if you have skills that will definitely help you alot and makes this easier for you and you can get opportunities to invest or do some business that can be bringing money to your table. Not everyone finishes school and have certificate and get a job some people are doing connection to get job but if is your efforts you will always struggle to get opportunities to be employed. So anything you're doing try to get some of business or skills that you can be doing so that you can always have a funds to solve your problems. The Internet have help alot  i don't really sure that people are still struggling to look for a job things are not like before anymore.
