The great news is they now allow trading it and, more importantly, since Paypal is theirs, they should finally stop this shame!

There is no sign that they are allowing the trade. Making a separate category is different from granting a permission.

Isn't the problem with Paypal rather than eBay? It's hard to prevent fraud in terms of virtual currencies. Paypal has a history of always protecting the buyers.

not sure how will this act works with the exchange laws. But IRS do say its property so it doesn't count as exchange right?

But I do believe that with all these accumulated and almost ignored good news, the next uptrend will be quite strong.

Yes the upward pressure from fundamentals is building very strongly and could make the breakout "violent" as it were. Which is unfortunate, since it will worry the weenies and we'll get all the tulip talk again.

This news had absolutely no effect on the exchange rates. Right now they are going at around $ 450 in Bitstamp. I had expected at least a small jump in the prices.  Angry

It might have prevented it from going lower? Smiley

might not be a bad thing... is it really a good idea to send some clown on ebay your coins for an expensive rig

From what source can you affirm that? Paypal confirmed about 2 months ago that they had no problem with mining gear.
