It's my opinion you have likely lost your money for good and won't get it back because of where this casino is licensed, Anjouan. They have shitty dispute resolution there and the licenses have very little dispute resolution (that's a big factor for these casinos to get licensed there) but its worth the shot, you never know.

Always a tricky situation when something like this happens and you have 0 explanation or help. Guess @icopress can maybe have a look since he has good connections to the whale people. I have my doubts they are "scamming" for something as small as 900$. They make several contests every month in here that accumulate to much more money than this.
