Technically, the amount of the profit itself shouldn’t be the basis as way to investigate someone account for potential abuse. Normally, they focus on the betting history of players on how they acquired that huge assuming that the profit gain percentage is already exaggerated to their initial deposit.

But assuming that the player in question play regular games and manage to win through just luck on right bet on the winning round I believe there shouldn’t be any issue here.

Most user that encounter problem usually involves on different tactics that exploit casino vulnerabilities or loophole on their system.

Can you explain about this? What do you mean by "full access to Betmoco's products", at least which products are available and which are not available for players who have no verified account? This is something new for me although I have been in this crypto gambling space for years but I have never seen a casino with such terms.

They stated in this ANN thread that KYC not mandatory even though it was stated in their TOS that they reserve the right to ask for KYC when necessary, but this statement again is contradictory to the first one because granting full access to products as stated about should be to people who are KYCed by implication unless they come out to tell us otherwise. Welcome and good that you make everything clear and direct as regards with the issue of KYC and it usage, most at time's casino come out boldly to State in their ANN thread that their are no KYC whereas along the line you get that clause that states that KYC verification could be demanded at some point, so cryptocurrency casinos need to be more specific in the use of terms as NO KYC casinos.

That's my main concern and it will better if the have equal amount for both max deposit and max withdrawal or even better max withdrawal is higher than max deposit.
Although I'm not a big players who will have the chance to deposit big or withdraw big but there are many players who can do that and these players may disappointed if they realize that they cant even withdraw their deposit at once.

KYC & VPN Usage

Those clauses exist as protection against fraud, not as tools to withhold winnings. Honest players will not be asked for documents.

Won't it be easier to just adjust your TOS to agree with this statement rather than saying something different from what is in your TOS? If tomorrow you discover some activities from some gamblers in your platform which you are not comfortable with, would you not request for KYC base on your statement above which is contrary to your TOS? It is easy to say no KYC when there is no winning yet, the problem usually start when there is winning.
