I've searched for websites where to report scams, I haven't seen a thread about it but if you've got some other websites to add it, I'll pile them up and add to the original post. I'll start it with these websites from this source:

How to report a scam
Anyone who believes they have seen a cryptocurrency scam or were part of a scam should report it immediately. Here are some organizations to report it to:

Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC): CFTC.gov/complaint
Federal Trade Commission (FTC): ReportFraud.ftc.gov
Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): ic3.gov
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): sec.gov/tcr

Details are in each of those websites, every detail that someone who wants to report can refer to it.

For gambling related frauds or business malpractice they can go to FTC.

SEC has given points on which to report which will be helpful to the victim of scam investments:

  • Fraudulent or unregistered offer or sale of securities, including things like
  • Ponzi schemes
  • Pyramid schemes
  • High-Yield Investment Programs
  • Theft or misappropriation of funds or securities
  • Manipulation of a security's price or volume
  • Insider trading
  • False or misleading statements about a company (including false or misleading SEC reports or financial statements)
  • Failure to file required reports with the SEC
  • Bribery of, or improper payments to, foreign officials
  • Fraudulent conduct associated with municipal securities transactions or public pension plans

Many victims don't know where to report a scam when they are exposed to one, as mentioned in the last quote from your topic. For this reason, this topic will be useful to them.

I also advise everyone to deal only with official websites and official communication channels of these authorities and avoid fake or impersonating websites. Also, avoid so-called recovery companies as they are scammers and will not help any victim recover their assets.

It is also possible to report the scam transaction to centralized exchanges, as these platforms may be able to assist in some cases if the transaction was made from or to their platform.

I was planning to create a website for BC game victims only and see how many there are. I know I cannot help them get their funds back, but I strongly believe more and more people will learn about the BC game scam and stop using this website. The BC game will leave the forum, and I can see they are already preparing everything. They suspended their campaigns and suspended their cooperation with the forum mediator.

As for the OP, I myself did not know where to report the scams. I am curious if we get any kind of help from them after reporting the scams.

It will be pretty difficult to keep track of, though, because some accusations could be genuine while others are not. I still think the best places to keep track of such complaints are Casinoguru and Askgamblers. Unfortunately, they don't handle all the cases, but there is usually a good level of transparency in how the cases were resolved or not.

Well, it depends. I am actually curious to know how many victims are out there who were scammed by the casinos. All the scam accusations are self-reported, and the players can update their cases whenever they want. The problem is mainly from the casino's side. They do not cooperate with the mediator services. If they had helped the mediators, most cases would have been solved. For example, BC game now suspended their cooperation with holy and cases in this forum won't have any future. Most cases will be marked as unsolved.

They're government agencies and I think that they'll act on it once reported.

I agree, they can be added to the where people should report if it's about gambling. While the websites that are from the list, they're also for investments, frauds, etc.

Also, avoid so-called recovery companies as they are scammers and will not help any victim recover their assets.
Many of those are scams as well and they'll just suck money to the complainants believing that they're legitimate.

What I want to know is that do they (the Law enforcement and regulators linked to those reporting websites) act with the same kind of vigour they do when let's say a service is reported to launder money from some Korean Hackers?
Very many times, even just a simple reporting to domain registrars doesn't seem to help take down the websites.

That was a blunder from my side. I think I noticed they stopped their campaigns a few months ago; probably they are back again, which I did not know. However, their behaviour does not look at all like it. Since they refused to cooperate the forum guys and wanted to handle their cases by themself, I don't think they have any chance solving those scam accusations anymore. The victims who create scam accusations in this forum unlikely to get any responses from BC game. They admit that sometimes it takes over a month to repy a simple email.

I'm not sure about that if there's one part of them and they tolerate it. But I think it's a public document and information that most of the actions they've done through these websites have taken actions.

So basically, they work but I get what you mean by that. Although if it's about against the law and the services, domains and people involved from doing these crimes, they'll get punished even if they have a history of working or being part of these agencies.

not to be the negative guy in the room, but those websites are useless unless the scam involves the US in some way.
for the rest of the world, reporting scams there gonna get you nowhere.

I am curious if we get any kind of help from them after reporting the scams.

no, they will not. most of the time, a scam report will just be sitting there on their server, and no one is going to look at it, simply cause they don't have enough resources to look at all of them.
