Live games like live Baccarat, live BlackJack and live Roulette are all time-based because there are lots of players besides you and they can't wait for one player's decision to take too long. The time given for making a choice, is generous to my mind and to be honest, I don't think that having free 20 seconds or 60 seconds won't affect your gambling outcome much because games have house edge. Doesn't matter what you do and how long you think, house beats the player. Btw if you want to play these games and have an unlimited amount of time to making a decision, then you can use in-house version of these games. For example, when you play in-house baccarat, you aren't limited in time, you can think as long as you wish because the gambling session is private and individual for each player.

In games where luck is everything, betting faster will simply bring things closer to what was already expected. But if you feel pressured by the game to bet faster, then you might as well not play that game. Choose something else where you won't be rushed. If I'm unsure, I just skip it and that's it. I prefer betting because I can consider my bet as long as I need to if I'm making a pre-match bet.

This is just probably an excuse for gamblers in my opinion to blame time when they losses. games mention like roulette is luck base games. So even if let's say you bet slow and forget about your favorite numbers and it didn't hit then you are lucky. But let's say you forget it and then it landed on it, then you blame the game itself for being fast and design for you to not think of it. In any case, time is really important but it's more on games that you play. If you go on sports betting, then there are no time limit, you can analysis even for a day before you bet. In some games, time is due to game management, an example might be bingo where lucky numbers are drawn every 5 minutes, in which case the 2-minute time to buy your bet slip and place your bet is relatively low, certainly it is always a matter of luck if you guess the right bet slip, but you still don't have time to look if you find your lucky numbers for example, so it's completely random.
For this reason, I personally prefer betting. Even if I don't guess it, I have time to think about it and decide whether to place the bet or reconsider. Otherwise, it's for live betting, in which case timeliness wins.

I haven't tried those games before, but 20 seconds seem plenty enough to make a decision, no? I'd be pressured more if I only had 5 seconds.

If there is some type of skill involved, then yes. Otherwise, it's just a game of chance, so I don't think it would matter that much.

I don't really think the more time you are given would change the outcome of the game, it's just dependent on luck because you don't control the cards, neither is any kind of expertise or experience required. So no time given would affect the outcome of casino games, just pick your play and wait for your luck, or pick a play and wait for your poison, it goes both ways.

I find the time interval a bit short on roulette especially if I want to cover lots of number and different combinations since they use the same time interval of card games which is too short.

Lets say you are given longer time, will it affect your decision and what will you do with longer time?
Will you do something like "pattern reading" or maybe evaluate the betting history first before you place a bet?
What I can say is that no gambler pick the wrong bet because no wrong bet does not exist IMO, there is only lucky(win) and unlucky(loss) bet.
In other words, even if you are given like 10minutes for each bet, it wont affect the result of your bet because it will always purely based on your luck.

I dont think so, I believe those who are playing live games knows that the given time to place a bet is not one of the factor that make them lose.
Back to the main factor of the game "its all about LUCK", longer or shorter time wont affect your luck.
