Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Crypto Community Moderator to manage and grow our social presence, starting with X (Twitter) and expanding to Telegram and Discord. The ideal candidate understands crypto culture, engages authentically with the community, and helps build strong early traction.
Key Responsibilities
1. X (Twitter) – Primary Focus (Initial Phase)
2. Actively engage with crypto-related tweets, trends, and conversations
3. Post thoughtful replies, comments, and quotes to increase visibility and reach
4. Help grow followers organically through consistent engagement
5. Monitor mentions, DMs, and community feedback
6. Identify trending narratives and adapt engagement style accordingly
Telegram & Discord – Secondary Phase
1. Moderate chats and maintain a positive, spam-free environment
2. Welcome new members and guide them about the project
3. Answer basic questions or escalate important issues to the core team
4. Coordinate announcements, updates, and pinned messages
5. Support AMAs, events, and community activities
Requirements
1. Strong understanding of crypto, Web3, DeFi, NFTs, or trading
2. Proven experience moderating X, Telegram, or Discord for crypto projects
3. Fluent English (written); additional languages are a plus
4. Ability to communicate professionally and calmly
5. Familiar with crypto slang, memes, and community tone
6. Reliable, consistent, and responsive
Nice to Have
1. Experience growing crypto X accounts organically
2. Experience with meme culture and engagement farming
3. Familiarity with tools like TweetDeck, Telegram bots, Discord roles
4. Previous experience with launches, testnets, or airdrop communities
