Does Everyone Remember the HIVE-Engine PIZZA Bot and PIZZA Token, now, I always thought that they should have never Called themselves PIZZA Token without any intent to even connect themselves to Pizza Sales, like the Food. I would say BBQ Coin even did better than them in that Aspect. What we are Building now though is a Bot, Starting with a Discord Bot and a Discord Channel, but it is going to become a whole Blockchain/Token Network, and we are even going to Launch a STEEM/BLURT/HIVE Clone.

Here is our Discord:
https://discord.gg/R6McJAZQa

So, we have 2 Active Tokens which You can find on Bitcointalk, but First we are Compiling a Knowledgebase from which all of our Bots and AI will Draw from in Future Projects, as well as the Discord Bot. Then we are making a Trade Bot, then Delegation Bot, then Smart Contracts and Mining Pools, then Blockchains.

Now, the Bot Git Repo is still Evolving, as I Write this the ReadMe File actually doesn’t Work with the actual Program Files, like the ReadMe is Wrong, if You are Reading this in the Future that is Probably Fixed, but we are Currently still in the Process of making Fixes and Relaunching it, and Adding Features, and Adding Files to the Knowledgebase, etc. like as I Write this the Bot still has a lot to be Added, and in all Reality, we haven’t even Properly Set up the Discord Channels/Rooms, etc, like we aren’t even Really actually Started yet. This is like Alpha Testing. And we still have way way more to do.
https://github.com/HinduTempleCoins/Bot

But what we are Creating is Far more Sophisticated than PIZZA Bot, I would even say that PIZZA Bot is in a lower Tier of Bot, like it doesn’t even Compare, our Bot will Interact with HIVE-Engine though.

From Pizza Coin to MELEK
A History of the Concept and a Comparison of PIZZA, VKBT, and CURE
Van Kush Family Research Institute

I. Origin of the Concept

The idea did not begin as a token. It began as a full standalone currency for a real business economy. The framework was that any business — a pizza parlor, a sandwich shop, a WiFi café — could spawn its own coin out of its operational economy. People would mine or buy in, and the coin would be redeemable against the goods that business produces. Food was the recurring example, because perishable goods have to keep moving anyway, so a coin that keeps them circulating fits the commodity naturally. A location monetizes its own internet connection and becomes a mining hub; a brand with many locations onboards many people at once.

This was never specified as a second-layer token, and it was never tied to the Graphene family specifically. It was proposed as its own chain — a currency with its own economy behind it. That distinction is the whole point of what follows: the version that later appeared in public under the same name was a much narrower thing than the original concept.

The Documented Prior Art

The Pizza Coin / Sandwich Coin framework is on record on Bitcointalk, posted under the Tokenista identity on November 28, 2020 (topic 5293044, post #14). The HIVE PIZZA Token by @thebeardflex rolled out publicly in May–June 2021 (earliest dated post June 14, 2021), placing the documented framework roughly six to seven months ahead of it.

Prior art: Bitcointalk topic 5293044, post #14 (Nov 28, 2020)

II. What Worked — and What Was Never Built

The HIVE PIZZA Token that emerged is a working, successful token. But it implemented only one half of the concept, and not the half that defined it.

What it implemented — and what works — is the social faucet: holding a threshold of PIZZA unlocks a command to tip others, where the tipped tokens do not come out of the holder's own wallet. That stake-gated tip mechanic functions, has an active community, and is genuinely useful. It proves the engagement-and-onboarding half of the idea.

What it never implemented is the part that was actually conceptualized: the commodity-redemption loop. There is no business economy behind PIZZA, no perishable-goods anchor, no location-as-mining-hub, no redemption of the coin against real output. It went toward arcade games, a token store, and gaming-guild partnerships instead. So the concept "worked" in the sense that a token by that name succeeded — but it was never set up to close the loop the original design depended on.

A second-layer tip token on someone else's chain is not structurally the same as the standalone business-economy currency that was proposed. The name was shared; the architecture was not.

III. Specifications — PIZZA, VKBT, CURE

All three are Hive-Engine second-layer tokens (Graphene-tradition substrate, tradable on Hive-Engine / TribalDEX). They differ sharply in supply discipline and in what stands behind them.

PIZZA
  • Issuer: @thebeardflex (Hive Pizza)
  • Launched: May–June 2021
  • Supply: Very large max supply; buy-back & burn meant to reduce it over time
  • Emission: Holder rewards via daily/weekly draws
  • Reward split: Tipping + holder lotteries
  • Staking: 20 / 200 tier to unlock tipping (later counts liquid + staked)
  • Anchor: Engagement & games; no commodity anchor

VKBT
  • Issuer: @kalivankush (Van Kush Family)
  • Launched: September 4, 2021
  • Supply: Fixed 100,000,000 total
  • Emission: 1 token/min to pool = 1,440/day (~200-year runway)
  • Reward split: Curators 50% of own vote; +5% of pool to staking
  • Payout: 7-day delay
  • Hashtags: vankushfamily, r2cornell, proofofbrain, actifit, dtube
  • Anchor: Van Kush Beauty economy (product-tied)

CURE
  • Issuer: VanKushFamily.com
  • Launched: May 2, 2024
  • Supply: Engineered for rarity; very small emission
  • Emission: 2.4 tokens/hour to pool (deliberately slow)
  • Reward split: 51% curators / 49% vote-receivers
  • Staking: 75% of rewards auto-staked; 150-day unstake in 50 installments
  • Payout: Posts paid after 14 days
  • Hashtags: vankushfamily, actifit, pepe, proofofbrain, curators
  • Anchor: Curation Rewards; rarity + buy-backs

Sources:

Reading the comparison:
  • PIZZA is a giftable engagement token with a deliberately large supply and no commodity backing. Its success is social, not economic-redemption.
  • VKBT is a fixed-supply (100M) reward token bound to the Van Kush Beauty economy — the first of the family to carry a real product anchor, which is closer to the original concept than PIZZA ever got.
  • CURE ("Curation Rewards") is the rarity instrument: only 2.4 tokens minted per hour, 75% auto-staked with a 150-day unstake, explicitly designed so small amounts carry high value on a Satoshi-style scale.

IV. Hathor and the Van Kush Beauty Economy as the MELEK Solution

None of the three tokens is the full standalone chain that was originally proposed. PIZZA, VKBT, and CURE are all second-layer tokens — useful, but each sits on top of infrastructure owned by someone else, and none closes the business-economy loop on its own chain. MELEK is what completes the original 2020 design.

The synthesis is straightforward at the level of principle. The one part of PIZZA that demonstrably works — the stake-gated faucet that onboards and rewards — is kept as the social engine. The part PIZZA never had — a real commodity economy to redeem against — is supplied by the Van Kush Beauty economy and its product-tied tokens (VKBT, CURE). Hathor sits over the whole as the AI Witness coordination layer: it reads and drafts and ties the surfaces together, while never signing value itself. MELEK is the chain that finally carries all of this natively rather than as tokens borrowed onto another network.

That is the through-line: a concept first written down in 2020 as a business-economy currency, partly proven by the one working half of HIVE PIZZA, anchored by the Van Kush Beauty economy through VKBT and CURE, and assembled at last into a single standalone system under MELEK with Hathor as its intelligence.

This section is kept at the level of principle by design; the detailed MELEK and Hathor specifications live in the dedicated build map and are not restated here.
