Dreams, goals, passion, career and everything else can wait, but a hungry stomach can't this is why even if most people know that they are not going to get financially better with the job and salary they still choose to do it, and they settle for an average life with secured income rather than achieving big.

This is the reality of life. You can still pursue the best job of your dreams but when an opportunity is there and you're in a situation that you have no option to choose but to take it, you'll realize that nothing is important with an empty stomach but to fill that with any job that's already in front of you. I think that the hardship that a person goes through is also going to help with future better choices. From life, jobs, opportunities and it goes with the investments as well and it's what happen to most of the holders from the forum when we've been stuck into the rat race.

This is the reality of this cruel and unfair world, not everyone who is skillful in particular field will reach the job but someone who did at the right time be the one. So if someone can't really take risks because the are not financially stable then finding the job should be the priority since we can do thins later too for that we need to be there now and that is what the job does but over the time people will just accept it as their fate and just remain in the race forever.

Yes, that becomes the fate that they're accepting. If they're already fine with that and they have a job that pays things for them and the bills that they have. Having juts one source of income is not the best. If you’re even working under someone, under a private entity, it is not advisable to feel relaxed and not look for other means to earn more money. One thing about working under someone is that, you’ll work all your life out and very time consuming and also demanding that you don’t get paid enough for your efforts. No job security and you can get fired at anytime, so it makes it not a dependable source to depend on. A white collar job under the government is better but not enough if you don’t back it up with a skills you’re good at and can be source for any work through it. They deserved to be compensated well because their skills are in demand and can’t be found anywhere else. I think that many have been into this situation from the members of the forum. We can speak for ourselves of how hard it is to work with a job that you're only staying because it provides you provision for yourself and for your family. But never stop dreaming because the time will come that enough is enough and you're going to put yourself into priority to pursue your dreams without compromising what you're providing for your family.

It's always nice to have that dream about freedom, realizing it is entirely different universes though.
Doing business you will need to take into account about being broke because your business went bankrupt or you can't even feed yourselves tomorrow.

Romanticizing business is okay as long as you know that jobs secures your daily expenses and pay the bill while business can give you freedom but can bring financial crisis as well.
Safest way for freedom that I can find is job with a side hustle and investment.

While a lot of people (like me) who can't have enough time for a side-gig, I strongly suggest doing that if you can. There is this amazing feeling where you are hyped about something and if you do that thing, even if just as a hobby, if you test it, you are going to realize, that work you do for the bills will become so much easier because you will be waiting for it to be over so you can go to your hobby, makes everything sweeter. And that's why it also depends on the company that you're working with and how skilled and hard working you are. I've heard that employees there have to do a meeting even on the dawn because they're so focus on their growth. But it had became worth it and almost all of them are millionaires due to that. To be fair, I had the same job for the past 8 years or so if I am not wrong, maybe more? I am not sure at this point lol, could be even 9 years. However, I have never looked for another job, I had side-gigs back in the past, in 2021 I worked with a crypto team and built token for example etc, but I never gave up my job and I love it.

You know what is the worst part of my job? That it may end one day and I will not be able to go find another job, I will have to work something else, and all of this experience would go to waste. But I still do it, even though I have no plan B, I still do it, because it pays well enough, not a lot, average salary, but I can do it at home, and that is why it's such a great work, it can be done at home.

I totally get what OP meant, but using the term "job" the way he did is a bit confusing since different jobs pay in different ways. Some are fixed payments, some are not, but they are all still jobs. I think he should have used the term "salary earners" rather than just saying "jobs."

Secondly, we all know the disadvantages of being a salary earner, but we shouldn't forget that plenty of people who earn a salary are also successful and actively chasing their dreams.

It's already a established fact that salary which is a product of job can't give you financial freedom, the job you are working can only help to sustain and pay your current bills afterwards the cycle continues. What matters most here is free time, whatever you do either jobs, businesses or trading, that takes your whole time is not yet freedom. If a worker gets to the point of relaxing while the source prints money every time, every day, that's absolutely freedom.
