It is no doubt that the roles of each local board on the BitcoinTalk forum can never be overemphasized, as they play an integral part in connecting like-minded Bitcoin enthusiasts to collaborate, learn, and educate one another as it relates to Bitcoin. However, the local board also serves as a medium that connects both the global Bitcoin discussion and the local communities/country discussion, whereby people comes to share tips, ways to buy/sell and protect their Bitcoin as it affects them in their respective regions, of which this singular act have skyrocketed the increasing number of Bitcoin investment in those regions. And as such, after coming across a comment made by “dkbit98” few days ago, I thought it won't be bad creating a comprehensive analysis of local board activities last year 2025, so as to be able to know which local board made the highest post, which local board sent/receive the highest merits and which local board had the highest average users in the entire year 2025. So go grab a cup of coffee as I present the full local board analysis of 2025.
However, this was the comment I saw few days ago that inspired me to create this thread as shown below 👇

2. In 2025, the local board that had the highest cummulative post was Nigeria (Naija) with a total of 39,356 posts from January to December.
3. In 2025, the local board that had the lowest cummulative post was Romanian with a total of 383 posts from January to December.

2. In 2025, the local board that had the lowest active users was Romanian with a total of 7 users per month.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, at least with this detailed statistical representation and analysis of the 3 basic activities that took place last year 2025, it should be able to give us a glance on local boards that are performing well, improving and those that are performing poorly, so as to be able render help.

However, sorry i wasn't able to compile all the list together, so i had to spit it

It definitely took alot of effort on your part to have successfully compiled something like this for the entire year of 2025 and it's understandable that you are just trying to be polite but I don't think you have to say sorry about it.

Wow this is quite an impressive compilation though it took me time to realise that they weren't arranged based on their highest posts.
And my country has the highest post, highest merit shared and also highest on most active.

We really had a bigger influx during Q4 hence why we passed Russian by that margin.

It is indeed a great job of the Op. I could be lazy at times. Maybe it could require me the whole day to research and gather all these valid informations of the local boards and their activities in the accordance for the entire 2025 of almost 20 local boards.
Definitely the thread would serve as a reference for easy navigations about 2025 local boards activities while contents of informations remains valuable in further necessity.

Impressive work on this annual statistic, congratulations.
How long did it take you to prepare it? Rikafip regularly does such monthly local board analyses and has already announced an annual local board review but you have now overtaken it.
It is obvious that Russian and Nigerian members and speakers are still the most active on our forum and this is clearly not going to change in the long term.

Thank you for yihr kind words, I really do appreciate. However, I just thought stating the short write-up below was necessary since I tried posting everything together and it wasn't working, but rather this message keeps popping up "INVALID BBCODE: loop, probably unclosed tags", so I just had to spot it and post separately, since that was the only option I had. So once again thanks.

Yes, the arrangements wasn't done on either ascending or descending order, but rather random on both the table and bar Chart for uniformity. So what I did was to just pick up the info from "Rikafip" monthly data and fix it in it's appropriate column on the table. And it was kind of stressful, but actually worth it.

Yes, and that was the exact reason why I had to compile the monthly statistics "Rikafip" presented in the local board monthly overview of activity thread. So that with this, it should be able to give user a clear glance of 2025 in few seconds. Which is very helpful to know the strength of each local boards.

Everything was done manually, however "Rikafip" has down all the work by creating the monthly statistics of local boards. So what I did was to just compile the 12 months data to get the full year statistics. So I didn't use any tool, as all the data was collected manually and both the table and chart was inputted manually. It took more straight 48 hours to be able to compile everything you saw above. And it was really stressful, but I had to do it. However, the Bar Chart was created with Canva, which is a free online too for creating charts and designs.

Really?.. I never knew he made announcement to compile the yearly overview of local board activities. Maybe he doesn't need to stress himself anymore. It already been done by me. However, I never planned doing this, but immediately I came across "dkbit98" comment 5 days ago, the need for creating this thread came into me and I gave it a try.

However, my biggest appreciation goes to "Rikafip" for the wonderful job he is doing, taking it upon himself to create the monthly statistics of all local boards. It's quite impressive .

I've been making yearly overviews for the last few years (I publish it inside my monthly overview thread) so plan is to continue with the tradition. And as promised to dkbit98 few days ago, it will be out by the end of this week, most likely tomorrow.

This is such a wonderful And great job you just did at O.P for compiling this detailed recap of 2025 local boards activities.
However, I just checked and noticed that some local boards seems to be missing from the list above, and a good example of It is the "Chinese" local board, because the board seems to be active and the moderator still active on the forum, so why aren't they in the list? While secondly, another local board I saw that is not on the list is the "Hebrew" local board, Because I just noticed the person in charge of the Hebrew local board "Meni Rosenfeld" seems to have been last active anymore on the forum, as he/she was last seen online on 5th February 2025, and the last post on the board was made on 27th June 2025. And that brings me to the question, does it mean the Hebrew local board has gone into extinction? Thirdly, the "Korean" and "Skandinavisk" local boards are not also captured on the list, and the boards seems not to be quite active and likewise the moderator. Does it also means Korean & Skandinavisk boards are going into extinction?.

As I remembered, in the year when bitcoin was declared banned in my country and some of us had a difficult time knowing how to navigate around with P2P trading and the banks transactions to avoid it being traced to a connection with bitcoin else you have your funds seized by the bank at any suspicions. Many ideas and tips were shared and discussed in our local board which instilled confidence and dislodged the fears that almost discouraged some persons from wanting to do any P2P transactions. I think the role of LB can't really be overemphasized, and I urge every forum member to be active to assist grow their LB just as they do in the general boards of the forum.
