Before during my little beginning over here then I was thinking that write a full page expressed how quality a post could be or should be determined, then I began to also to visiting individual profile to see how they write and make things simpler for themselves. When I succeeded following them I began to understand that most people do not want you to write and fill up a page but, want you to simply go straight to the point with just few words if applicable. Nothing much and should follow up the general rules of the forum then you could grow faster and quickly.

I honestly want to know the ratio of genuine newbies who leave the forum because of criticism to the ones that stay, grow thick skin and eventually get established.

I do not think that random people will just abandon the forum because someone they don't know said that they are moda-fucka and an idiot. Unless they are unjustly tagged. Criticism isn't a big deal these days.
Even though they are unjustly tagged I think there are ways to get justice and at the end get untagged, to me, I think some persons take Everything very serious here, as far as this forum is concerned, i don't think there's anyone of us that has not been criticized in one way or the other,  some persons may not know how to put out their criticism, it might come as a correction but in harsh manner but that doesn't mean the message has not been sent to the person that's been criticized, it is now left for the newbie or whomever to take corrections and move on, no hard feelings, i don't think criticism is the problem here, sometimes it is just about misunderstanding from the person that criticism is directed to, growth and attaining success in this forum has to go along with tolerance, the earlier most persons get to know about this, the better for them.

You are right but I think that in this forum we have only a few members who are too harsh to others, fortunately. In some cases they simply lose patience because they have read ad nauseam the same stupid things and therefore they are very intolerant with such stupidity, even if it comes from a newbie who isn't expected to know that what he's saying is nonsense yet. But these are exceptions and, as you said, with time people forgive and forget, especially if there is good faith and commitment to improve.

I don't think there is anyone with reasonable reason that will leave the forum because of criticism. We used to have Bitcoin sv and Bitcoin cash war back then fighting for relevance and trying to make impact about their coins, there is nothing this two communities didn't say to each other, some wanted to even sue each other because of their beliefs and conviction but all are forgotten, the bktcoiners are still here. Those that are Bitcoiners that left are doing well in other things but not for criticism.

If you want to last long in this forum, you have to be the type that doesn't take things serious. Ignore botton is there to disconnect from anyone you don't like. How some people become so hard on their self because another person say f words on them still sound funny to me. You don't know me, I don't know you, this is faceless to some level, I wouldn't even read it twice before I ignore you, that way we wouldn't have time to prolong small issue and turn it to long one.
