As the title already well describes, often we see people regret the past, why they haven't accumulated Bitcoin. Even they regret why they didn't buy around 2010. However, do you think regretting the past would change our future? Shouldn't we focus on accumulating Bitcoin now, so we won't have to regret it later in five or ten years? Later we won't have to look at the past if we can hold tight. Many of us met Bitcoin when it was cheap but haven't accumulated. Again we are on Bitcoin but still asking whether we should accumulate or not.
I believe today's accumulation will decide our financial future. It really depends on our current financial situation; based on accumulation, we have to accumulate and hold longer. So the amount and holding duration will decide the financial future. For me, the best strategy is DCA, so we can accumulate on every dump.
What are your thoughts?
People don't regret things to fix the future. And i haven't heard anyone saying that they think regret itself would change or fix anything.
Regret itself is actually pretty good tool for pushing people to learn from the past mistakes, and for some people in this case, it's literally the thriving force behind accumulating that bitcoin.
People who regret that they didn't buy in 2010 think it's too late now. But they would have thought it so back then as well. But i don't think that even they see their regret changing anything. It might become a motivational force though.
But good luck with your financial future. It seems like you know what you are doing.
