    So when investing or starting your investment journey, which will you prefer to invest your money in, crypto or stocks?

As somebody that has a bad experience over our own stock market here in our country, I'm a bit bias with my answer and I will prefer putting my money into crypto.

I know that the Stock Market of US performed really well since the pandemic, and those dividend stocks are still paying their shareholders... at least for some. In my case, I put some of my money in our own Stock Market, and it started in 2020 when I DCA on dividend stocks. Fast forward to 2026, I earned dividends throughout the 6 years that I held those stocks, but the amount of money that I deposited is still the same when I stopped depositing which is around 2022. I could've ended up at a loss if not only for those dividend stocks that I held throughout the years. I sold all of my stocks already, and withdrew all of my money, and said to myself that I will be putting it into crypto.

My answer's a bit bias, but any newbie can start into wherever they want to. Just remember that the Stock Market is less risky, and less volatile compared to crypto so if you can't handle those double-digit negative portfolio, just focus on stocks particularly on those dividend stocks.

Since I only know crypto, crypto it is. I don't learning about stocks and don't know how to choose it. Yes, learning will be the answer but I guess that is more complicated to learn stocks. Investing in Bitcoin is not much difficult so I think Bitcoin is the best choice for beginners. But I don't know if they wants to diversify with stocks investment because that will need more learning about stocks and how to choose to invests in the right time.

Since crypto counts as currency and has more use cases compared to stocks, which are mainly seen as an investment when people are looking to grow their money I’d choose crypto over stocks. Although both offer good investment opportunities and with their own risks, crypto give me the flexibility to trade even on weekends. I have a friend who always invested in stocks but he decided to switch to crypto, especially Bitcoin and Ethereum until now he's still trading actively on crpyto. I can't force him to follow my choice, but when I introduced him to crypto, it was up to him whether he wanted to learn about it or not.

Crypto has more use case than stock, and the crypto market is more flexible as we can invest and trade 24/7. What's even better is that we can invest in crypto anytime, anywhere, without needing permission or approval from any authority.

However, to be honest, the main reason we chose cryptocurrency is because of its profit potential. We believe it has the potential to generate huge and faster return than stock or gold. All other reasons are secondary
I believe that if Bitcoin and crypto do not generate huge profit and help many people get rich with small amount of capital. Not many people will be interested in it any more than in other financial markets.

I agree with everything you said, and those are fair assessments, not biased like others. People who have never even invested in stock or taken the time to research it. Crypto is the only market they know, yet they make statement about stock as if they understand it well

However, you should separate Bitcoin from other cryptocurrencies in this case. Bitcoin is different from those shitcoins out there, or those that easily disappear.

I prefer crypto investment, stock hardly give the kind of ROI that crypto produce. Crypto investment has the capacity to generate more than double the price of a coin during the bull, so the important thing is to invest at the right time. Investing in crypto is not just about pump and dump like shit coins because it might dump as soon as you invest in them just like it can start pumping as soon as you bought in. In investing in crypto, bitcoin is the most guaranteed because it is not a pump and dump coin but it is a community project that is decentralised and not manipulated. The price keeps rising during bull run and with that you are sure of a steady movement and increase if you have invested shortly after halving. Bitcoin since after the last halving has almost doubled the initial ATH before halving and that is good turn over for investors. Stock investment doesn't give as much profit within such a short time.

Although both crypto and stocks are investment vehicles,but  the risks and disadvantages are different. The crypto market is very volatile and the potential for profit is high as the price fluctuates in a short period of time. It is not logical to start investing only thinking about profit. Investing requires goals, mindset and risk tolerance. However, if someone wants to invest in crypto, in my opinion, it is better to invest in Bitcoin. In addition, Bitcoin is currently in a good position as a digital currency.

I'm suspect to talk about this, because my entire journey on financial world was through Bitcoin investment, and it has worked greatly for me, therefore, it's a natural choice in my case that I prefer the cryptocurrency route.

However, investments aren't static and what worked for me might not work for you, because we are talking about timing. Investing in both crypto and stock markets is profitable, but in one, crypto is more profitable but the risk is much higher, especially if you invest in other coins except Bitcoin, some of them increase many times. Therefore, those who want to avoid losses should avoid investing in crypto.
Although the profit in stock investment is not as high as in crypto, the risk is relatively low. Therefore, for those who want to take less risk and less profit, it would be wise to choose the shares of the company. However, as Bitcoin continues to grow in demand and popularity in the future, even though the risk is high, investing in Bitcoin and holding it for the long term will definitely be much better than investing in stocks.

I wouldn't prefer an investment opportunity over another but I'll strategies my investment in them differently. The both are a good investment offer that literally brings flow of money into a portfolio but I can't do the other and leave the other because of preferability.

I'll invest more in crypto and less in stocks because because crypto is the top leading digital investment in this generation, more liquidity in the crypto market and more than stocks.

So I'll rather prefer to invest 60% of my capital in crypto and 40% in stocks.

I think cryptocurrency is very safe investment and if person has zero knowledge he can start with low investment and he can learn more in the future and if person is educated he will invest more time with that because he know that every investment takes time and if person will Invest only money then he could lose money. People are Investing in stocks because they are watching news on YouTube and you tubers are creating hipes And people are mad and they are Investing their money on the best things . Stocks are best for the people who are doing for the long term and they have knowledge of business And are rich people and they are ready to lose their money in that investment.

Alot of big investors still prefer stock to any other form of investment. Crypto is still new, even though it has spent some years now since existence, a good number of people still question it's long term profitability and yield as an investment plan. We already know why that so. The crypto market is very much volatile and millions of dollars gets liquidated from time to time.  No one wants a market where volatility is high. For me though I still prefer the crypto market as it's been the only reasonable investment I've partaken so far. Even if it's volatile, things link bitcoin offers not only profitability but other benefits as well just by holding my investment..

the optimal option would be a combination of investing in crypto and stocks. although currently investing in stocks is not so accessible, in the future tokenization will make buying and selling stocks as easy as buying and selling crypto. some platforms already offer tokenized shares of leading tech companies, for example xStocks.

You can't have concrete answer on this as there are several variables that you need to consider. Also, the timeframe is a vital factor in considering the actual profit of these investments. It depends as well on how familiar you are with both investments. A lot are doing good just getting into stocks but they are quite poor when it comes to crypto. So yeah, it clearly shows that it depends on the knowledge, capability and skills of the person doing this type of investment.

If you are a stock market investor and not really a crypto enthusiast, you would say, stocks are better to invest with. And vice versa. So yes, it depends on how you are familiar with this type of investment. So it varies from one person to another. Whereas, if you are already here in crypto market for so long and you have no idea with stock market, definitely, you will prefer to invest in crypto rather than stocks.

My priority is still crypto although i didn't really know well the crypto world but i am confident crypto will give me much benefit in the future that's why until now i still did my DCA for bitcoin however in my country there are some banks which give their profit share to the stocks investors this makes me interested to buy stocks from these banks because it can be used for passive income although the prices of those stocks fluctiative too but because supported by the government they are strong companies and many people too dare to hold it for long term because tempting to the profit share which they were given
