Sometimes I just feel completely detached from myself  everything and everyone becomes strange. I see my brother, I know he is my brother but feel myself asking, who is this man I call my brother, the man I have known my whole life yet at this moment he seems like just a random guy no feeling or attachment just an intense awareness of the present moment.  Than poof and I am back to my normal self.
