Horrible support by holy darkness

My withdrawal has been pending for 45 days. I raised a thread 45 days ago and was assured by HolyDarkness that my case would be escalated in Batch 3.
After wasting all this time, help has now been denied with no resolution. I kept waiting patiently, trusted the process, and followed every instruction  but nothing was solved.


This platform and its support have wasted my time completely.
Everyone coming here: don’t waste weeks waiting like I did. After 40+ days, you will only regret it.

BC has decided to stop cooperating with holydarkness and now wants all their players to contact their support, so the chances of them fixing issues is near to 0. They seem to be taking the scam route IMO. Hopefully I am wrong.

A Note for Current Bridging Situation Between Players and BC

Hi, without revealing much as I am still honoring their predecessor's trust in me by facilitating me with armies of many division that helps me greatly in getting to the bottom of each cases against BC, as per today, it is with burdened heart that I have to inform the forum and frequent overseers of SA board that I am no longer able to bridge any cases related to BC.

My journey with BC and how we build an army of multi-divisions that helps me assign cases better compared to other casinos who "only" share a contact on compliance or marketing, begin with a head of division that reached me to solve cases, that rapidly evolve into assigning me with many contacts for my perusal as I deem better fitting to handle cases as per their jurisdiction.

Months ago, the said contact informed me that they will take a short vacation, and it was long until I heard from BC that the said contact had to take personal leave. I was promptly assigned another contact to handle the matter in place of the said contact, of whom barely in touch with me and respond to my inquiries.

Today, I woke up to a rather shocking --but acceptable-- decision from the said replacement contact, that BC will now handle everything internally, by themselves, and my help is no longer needed. As such, the contacts also ceased to respond to me.

This is the extent of what I can do. My apology to the forum that I can't contribute more and/or see cases against BC to their ends.

Blaming a user that as far as I know was using his free time to help you or try to help you without getting paid makes you look like a complete tool. Blame the site for your issues.

Sometimes you have to pick the right guy to help, lest you end up with an ungrateful one like this idiot. I am all praises for what Holydarkness has done for many people without expecting anything in return, but Holydarkness can only do so within his capacity, so everyone whom Holydarkness tried to help should not expect 100% positive results.

Lol If I am not misunderstanding the scene, holydarkness helped OP resolve a pending dispute against bc game, then he turn back to the same casino and used it again to get involved again in another dispute, then when holydarkness can't give him a help hand, he came here calling him "horrible support"?

To OP, this shall reply to your posts on your other thread too about me being paid to help them "scam" you. The answer is no. I do things out of my free time [about two or three hours I can spare for the forum after handling IRL matters and easing into the night and continue IRL where I left them]. And though it's perhaps not a solace, know that if it is up to me and my contacts, both the original one from fiat department themselves or the other contact from other division who jump-division to help tackling fiat issues from their own free time too, we will continue to cater BC related issues.

But, a decision is made by the new spear-head of these "battalion" assigned to me. And even though most of the contacts I have are on the higher-end of the chain, who can bypass SoP and overrule a call, hierarchy exist. Like it or not, we have to accept the call made by the replacement spear-head.

If I were you, I'll pray that the old and original contact return soonest possible and pull this restrain and restore our old flows and retie me as their bridge.

Am I the only one who isn't aware that @holydarkness was a representative or support team member of BC Game? According to OP, it seems holydarkness was responsible for resolving the problems. I thought Holy Darkness was helping victims volunteer to resolve issues with the gambling platform. After seeing this allegation thread, users would start thinking holydarkness was a BC Game representative.

@OP have you assigned holydarkness as your legal advisor? Have you been paying him for solving your issues? If you are paying, then I agree with you; then he would be horrible for getting paid but not helping. If not, then who the hell are you blaming for someone who volunteered for solving and helping you? Your thread made me think we shouldn't help people voluntarily.

I don't think this topic is actually necessary because for saying that holydarkness gives horrible support as actually signs of ungratefulness. At first the question you need to ask yourself is that if holydarkness was part of the team in question? or is he directly working for them or not?
Of course you may not be guaranteed on the outcome, what he is doing is to render help and if the casino honored his request it is for ur own benefits but where he has no good response back from them you should know that they are becoming more hard and strict to penetrate where he would help those who has issue. From my experience so far following that user on the forum is assumed that he loves helping people around except he doesn't have direct contact to the project owner or team members before he could came out with a negative results or answers towards the casino to the victim.

Holydarkness has been helpful with so many cases that's been posted on this section, I've seen how he's willing to help with the concerns that have been put up here. But this time, he's already said that he's got no longer connection to them and you shouldn't blame him. He's doing all the help he can and all internal procedures are now with bc. Don't put your blame and fingers on him. In fact, he's not a support but just trying to raise escalations through his connection.

I don't know if Holydarkness has a disclaimer about trying to solve the issues, so these people will know that they are being helped at no cost, and that the whole effort is voluntary. Many people believe that Holydarkness is the designated support by many casinos here.
All I know is everything is voluntary. This is not an easy task because you have to be good at communicating, or you will be ignored by support.

This types of people are often characterized to be ungrateful people after holydarkness could devoted his time to resolves his issues without anyone compensating him for his endless efforts and just instead of him to appreciate all you could do to us to come up with story that you nothing was done so far. Well, this is the main reason why we don't know people could stop with their volunteers work on the  forum as many people feels entitled with the help and support holydarkness is rendering here. If I am not mistakenly he doesn't get paid for anything he is doing in respects to recover your details.

I suggest that Holy Darkness create a thread about his voluntary support, what he can do, and his limitations. Many of us are aware of his topic on scam casinos, but not to the extent of what he can do, so he will not encounter people like OP who have high expectations and think that Holydarkness gets monetary compensation for helping people address their issues.
