Horrible support by holy darkness

My withdrawal has been pending for 45 days. I raised a thread 45 days ago and was assured by HolyDarkness that my case would be escalated in Batch 3.
After wasting all this time, help has now been denied with no resolution. I kept waiting patiently, trusted the process, and followed every instruction  but nothing was solved.


This platform and its support have wasted my time completely.
Everyone coming here: don’t waste weeks waiting like I did. After 40+ days, you will only regret it.

I have read plenty of nonsense from this user but this thread really tops it all, honestly. How ungrateful can some lowlife be to think posting something like this would give him any upper hand or something, actually hilarious.
Blaming a member that uses his own time to help, what a weak move. The only person that wasted his time clearly is holydarkness.

OP should be thanking Holydarkness for being the only one willing to try, not complaining about him. He's clearly unable to differentiate between casino staff and forum members.

Here's the thing: nobody here owes you anything; least of all HD. Given your attitude nobody is going to waste their time trying to resolve your situation as you are indeed entirely ungrateful. Take your complaint elsewhere.

Do you have reading comprehension issues? It was explained to you several times that BC decided to deal with the things on their own, so nothing that holydarkness can do about it.

You yourself are saying that @holydarkness helped you and tried to resolve the issue. Even after that, you are blaming him, which is showing your ungrateful behavior. holydarkness tried from his place, now if the casino doesn't resolve it then what can he do. You should be grateful to him, because at least he came forward to help you.

Now is the time when helping someone has become a waste of time. Because if their issue is resolved, they don't show the courtesy of saying thank you, but they are the first to blame if for some reason the results they expect don't come out as expected.
