Is this a new platform or you are rebranding? The name looks like what I have seen before but I can remember when and where which is why I'm asking. By the way, you have only three games in your platform based on what you have listed above and those games are among the games with least number of gamblers interested in them, how do you intend to survive as a business with them? Why not on board more games like slot, roulette and other games that have more traffics?

It's much better to have an inactive chat section than one that looks obviously fake. No one really expects you to have much or any messages this early in, building a community takes time and lots of effort to engage with them. When you fake this engagement, you deter the actual users who could have joined which doesn't help your casino.

You do look to be privacy inclined which is positive. I searched for certain key words you will see in a casino that isn't and I didn't get any hits.

Welcome to the community guys and I read through the comments of your thread and maybe it might be discouraging but that's just it and you should see every post as a constructive criticism and try as much as possible to build something positive and strong from them.

I understand that you're new and I think doing some research before jumping on a thing would have been a more better option for you guys.
Work on your site and try as much as possible to get a more better Ann banner and designs as first impression also matters a lot.
