It was very problematic for me to register on Betmoco website and both times it was some issue with their password system.
I had to create new account and I again had problems with password showing zero value error, but I finally registered account.
My first impressions are not very good, graphics for support coins on deposit page is slight distorted and squashed like egg.



I managed to deposit coins in my account but account was lower than I sent, and I was asked by system to send tiny amount more.
This was not possible because I sent coins from different casino, so I had to settle with $9.92 for testing.
I checked some casino games and I played few of them with one win.
What I dont like is that I cant withdraw my all coins even if I didnt use any bonus during registration.

Sport pages look good and there are plenty of options to choose from, but I would group Live matches under Sports tab, not separately.
I usually like dark theme, but Betmoco dark theme needs to be improved, so I like light theme better now.



Betmoco lacks any real documentation pages on their website, so I cant find anything about minimum withdrawable amount, fees, wagering, and other things.
This needs to be added, improved, and clearly easily visible by all players.
After checking withdrawal page for Bitcoin this is what I see, minimum amount 0 USD, maximum amount 0 USD, this cant be correct.
Same thing is showing for Tron coin I think, and other coins are showing 10 USD as minimum withdrawal, and maximum is 25000000 USD.



Now I got this error message on withdrawal page:



Games are generally fun and I have no complains about that.
I played five or six games and I won nice rewards and free spins, and MooneyBooster is my favorite game.



For me this does not look like casino that is ready to be released for main use, it is more like test version.
I cant process withdrawal now because of wagering limitations, but I won and played out unknown wagering rules.
Now I tried to withdraw Bitcoin and that is impossible to complete showing invalid amount, and I am sure I entered correct amount

I didnt even enter my withdrawal address for this, so I dont know how this would be processed, but it is not instant.
I talked with live support team about this issues, but reply was slower than on other casinos and it was started with a bot reply.
They told me to wait while they talk with their team, and they closed the chat because of my inactivity  
After 1 hour support fixed the issue, I started new withdrawal and received coins in my wallet.

Many things need to be improved with Betmoco if they want to compete with other established casinos.
At this point I would not recommend this casino to other players.

I was going to post my review but earlier today this casino went offline. Now they are back but I can't login with my account and I made a deposit few days ago. I made a couple of bets on sports, lost them both. I was promised 100% returns, but since I can't login (says the email I used isn't there) I can't see what's going on. At this point I won't be posting my review until the situation gets fixed because I don't see a reason... I'll probably tag this casino as a scammer too unless they fix it. (if they have any presence here) I mean this is kind of a review too when you think about it... A very negative one.

My other observations weren't that good either btw.

I mean if you are going to go offline, why delete the current database? This is way too amateurish and the whole website is like that.

Anyway fuck It, I'll post the rest of my findings too. Count it as a review or not...


First of all, the website was full of bugs right from the start. For some reason it didn't accept my account name or password when I tried to register. Somehow it accepted it when I put "btt" at the end of my nickname. mindrust > mindrustbtt... I said, OK, maybe that's a bug which they'll fix it soon. Whatever.



I wanted to deposit some dogecoin since they were offering it. I wanted to deposit 125 doge... which I did. That was 15.5 USD worth of doge. My deposit was a bit late and I contacted support... which was very fast and when I was chatting with him, my deposit arrived and my account got credited.

So I can say support was fast to respond. It only took a few seconds to get in touch with a real person. That was good.

Then...

I decided to test the deposit function again and typed 125 doge again in the the input fields but somehow I got these this time:



The app was confused, It thought I wanted to deposit 125 USD worth of doge even though, I wanted to deposit 125 DOGE only which is worth 15.5 USD. I mean It worked for the first time but It malfunctioned for the other tries. That's the point I got curious because I noticed something wasn't right with this casino.

Anyway...

I made 2 bets. On Galatasaray - Atletico football game and both of my bets lost. (one was Atletico's victory, the other was over 3 goals, game ended 1-1)



...and I was going to check if my account got the 100% back bonus on loss today, but I couldn't since I can't access my account...

I also noticed it wasn't possible to make live bets. (bets when they game being played) which is a negative. Maybe they will implement this feature later.


I also did some dev review.

I can say this much, It is a mess.

I don't know where to start.

First of all, escape key on statistics modal isn't working consistently. It sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I noticed if I click something in the modal window, esc key doesn’t work anymore.

Changing page view size reloads the whole page and sends ~90-100 request to the server. The amount of calls might be normal for a casino but I am pretty sure it shouldn't behave like that when I adjust the window size. Tha needs to be fixed. That's a big one.





Site loads very slow. Tried with both VPN and VPN off with Google Lighthouse and it is a disaster. Performance got worse when I disabled VPN if you can believe it.

Webpagetest suggests backend is fine, Front-end seems to be the problematic part. CLS 0.546 means layout moves too much. It is no good for an online casino. LCP 5.1sec is also very bad. That means page loads very slowly. I think frontend has lots of work to be done.

In its current condition, I wouldn't trust this casino with $10. If they fix these problems (who knows what else they got that needs to be fixed) and hire a proper dev, they might make a comeback.

They can start fixing stuff by restoring my account and give me my 100% loss back.

So I spoke to the support to see if I could deposit less than $10. They allowed me to deposit less than $10. I was really impressed with the behavior of Betmoco's live support. And the support agent also told me that if, for some reason, the automatic deposit does not happen, I should let them know so that they can handle it instantly. The UI design of Deposit has become very simple. The UI design should be made more beautiful.


The first thing that caught my eye was AVIATOR, so I immediately clicked on it. It loaded fast. I really liked the AVIATOR experience. It was very smooth. There are no leggings. I turned my $8 into $10 very quickly with Aviator. It was so much fun.


Instead of "No tickets found!" in the Bet History table, I think it should be No bets found!


There are placeholders in some places on the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming and Casino pages, such as: E-mail: {$info_email}. Having such placeholders on a production-ready website doesn't look good.


The promo page is not ready yet. It has demo text that looks very bad. It will ruin the impression on the platform.


The withdrawal is very easy. I was able to withdraw without any trouble. I was able to withdraw $10 because of Aviator . Because I deposited 8 dollars and received an additional 2 dollars by playing Aviator. The withdrawal is successful within 2 minutes. Very fast withdrawal.


When I click on the JETX menu, nothing opens. When I click here, the console shows an error that says: "JetX doesn't contain category header in backoffice "

My personal opinion is that I liked version 1 better because it had a much cleaner interface. Version 2 seems more clunky to me. The user interface is a bit difficult to understand.
