Same here. My timeline was flooded with SENT screenshots and I had that “did I miss something?” moment too. Airdrops have always been a hit or miss. If post-TGE activity holds up, farming now might still be worth the effort. At least it feels like one of the better opportunities we’ve seen in a while...

Participating in airdrops nowadays and being rewarded may, on first sight, seem like luck. I have participated in many airdrops in the last two years, even as a beginner back then, but only a few actually paid. And even the projects that paid did not reward enough to be worth the effort.

This happens to almost everyone but the fact is that there will always be some people who keep talking about airdrops and how much they gained from one airdrop or another. Most of the time, the airdrops those people claim rewarded them well are never popular airdrops; they usually don’t get much hype from the community.What I am trying to say is that not all airdrops are worth participating in, and only luck can make someone get rewarded well from airdrops nowadays. In fact, we are no longer in the airdrop era.

There is always one project that will change people’s life in cryptocurrency be it in airdrop or meme coin that will give massive profit. It has been happening every year, and this year has started with its own, but I don’t think it is enough to push you back to farming airdrops because we have seen how almost all the project went last year, abandoning their long time participants for yapper, and now yappers are also not relevant anymore only influencers will be left to benefit more from the projects.

However, I am not discouraging you to participate in further web3 projects, I am just trying to advice you to play safe and act smart. Protect your mom alley by all means because scammers are everywhere and they are using airdrops to get more victims.

Earning a tangible amount from airdrops is by chance, not what comes regularly. It could be out of many airdrops you partake in, only one or two that their token is worth something in the market. You know what happens when this free money are given, they get dump by those who are rewarded by the airdrops at high price. Those who learn about the airdrop will then have fomo to invest in the airdrop, hoping for profits, which will be hard to get.

I don't get moved by airdrops rewards anyone. Even if the reward is high, I don't see it as anything that will make me to have a rethink of starting up airdrop as I used to, before.

Most airdrops now turns out to be a scam. We have passed the era when people were still making some reasonable amount of money from airdrops, but right now if you participating in airdrops, it’s just like you wasting your time, because you will find it so difficult to make any reasonable amount of money. If you participating in airdrops now, most of those airdrops will turn out to be scam, and the ones that decide to pay, people will make just little amount of money from it, the amount that sometimes you won’t even be able to sell.
