Recently, we have received a significant number of complaints specifically related to certain third-party fiat payment providers, particularly involving users from India. It is important to clarify that BC.Game does not directly control local fiat agents or third-party payment merchants. In some cases, users may unfortunately encounter misconduct or fraud from independent payment processors.
That said, we do not take these reports lightly.
We are currently collecting evidence and reviewing all related cases to identify problematic merchants and take necessary action, including restricting or terminating cooperation where appropriate.

Does everything have to be painfully slow with you guys? Indian users have been getting fucked for 6 months and you guys are well aware of what the issue is, but haven't fixed anything. Termination of the current fiat payment providers and replacements should have been found. Users with issues should be helped much faster than you currently help as well. Seems you pop on once a week to reply if that.
