Ongoing Fiat Payment Problems on BC.Game — A Call for Clarity and Support

We would also like to clarify one important point to avoid misunderstandings:
I am posting here as an official representative of BC.Game. At this stage, holydarkness is no longer responsible for handling or coordinating user issues, and all pending or future cases should be addressed through official BC.Game support channels or direct communication with our official representatives.

Holydarkness (who BTW deserves an awful lot of praise) took up that responsibility upon himself because of lack of proper response from the same support channels and official representatives you're referring complainants back to now. And you making statements like the above when i am pretty sure you have not improved your support channels to expedite customers complaints is bullshit and sounds like you guys are cutting off the only means and actual "channel" through which many issues were resolved quicker.

Regarding fiat payment issues, we would like to clarify that we have recently been restructuring and adjusting our cooperation with local fiat merchants, particularly in India. As many users are aware, fiat gateways rely on third-party service providers, and during this transition period, delays and inconsistencies unfortunately did occur. That said, these adjustments are already in progress and we expect overall stability to improve.

Why don't you first disable fiat payments from the affected locality until the issue is solved and encourage them to use crypto deposits and withdrawals for now? We have so many of your users coming in here to complain about the same thing over and over again and support isn't even bothered to help.

We acknowledge that communication delays have been a major concern raised by the community. Improving response efficiency and clarity is a priority for us, and feedback like this helps highlight where we need to do better.

Improve on your customer support. That is the bare minimum we ask. Just go have a look at the first two pages of the scam accusations board and see how many times BC.Game is mentioned. It's not looking good at all.

Just because a random account claims they are representing a business (in this case BC Game), it does not mean they are telling the truth. Personally, I think he is attention-seeking and should not be taken seriously.

Having said that, as far as BC Game are concerned it seems they have no real excuse to not operate a high level customer services department. They have enough money to provide appropriate support to their customers, that is where they should be focused.

The point, fix your shit man. Get better support, change the system, and don't just end communication as obviously some users would have been completely fucked had holydarkness not helped. Your support is 100% shit and needs a huge overhaul.

Thanks for the verification, but I'm still curious why, when they have more support accounts that are old and active, they come here with a brand new account. I believe what they wrote is true, but we can't see any necessary action from their end to solve existing issues. If they increase support on-platform, I am not aware of it. But we want fewer allegations on the forum, and if they raise allegations, then they need to respond with a solution or explanation.

I am not saying victims always will be right. But unless the BC Game support team responds to the allegations, we can blame them unilaterally. If they solve or present the explanation, then they have to prove victims wrong. So we can come to a conclusion through a logical argument. However, it's better to focus on preventing victims from coming to the forum with an allegation, which means their support team should be proactive in responding. So users don't have to come here.

I am more curious about their responses. They talk as if they care about the community feedback and as if their support is going to answer all the questions and help the victims solve their cases. The reality is totally different. Did they respond to the scam accusations made by the victims? I saw a scam accusation posted by a legendary forum member, probably a day or two ago.

I wish they would respond to all the scam accusations in the same manner. They did not explain why they don't need holydarkness anymore. If you can improve your support and resolve the scam accusations on your own, that's good. But why would you stop cooperating him while you didn't fixed your support yet?

The BC.GAME account used to created their announcement thread was last active on 13 January 2026, and they can use it to tag any community management, PR accounts. Tagging an account is not a too difficult thing to do, and BC.GAME team can do that easily while this simple step can prevent any questions from community on legitimacy of BC.Game's representative accounts.

As strange as the situation seems to be, maybe the BC Game owners have some (weird) logic to use that account as their official representative. Now that it has been almost certainly ascertained, we will be wasting time unnecessarily by trying to understand what they intend to do with their other forum accounts and why they chose this particular account to be their representative.

BC Game have already lost the PR battle. If they want to get back any credibility at all they will have to engage with customers including those that complain about them in this forum. If BC Game did have a better support team, a large percentage of those complaining about them in the forum would never have posted and that reflects badly on their brand.

I wonder if BC Game have learned anything from the posts about them in the forum?

I don't decide anything, as need or should use other names, is only my suggestion, not my request or command to their team doing anything.

I see your confirmation from the team that it is their official support account, I know that, and I don't say that is not their official customer support account. It's just, if possible, they should use another account with better name for their brand description (it has bc, I see) and for purpose of that account (which this current name does not serve it).

Well, I think you had to use better wording for that comment. You could have said that - "They could/should create a new account with a better name like BCGame_support, BCGame_PR and anything else but better than that account username."

However, since you used the word "Need", it seemed like you are demanding themself to create a new account with such a username. Sometimes this type of misunderstanding happens due to language barriers. I do agree that the username they chose is kinda weird.
