It's nice to see that under certain conditions, you'll offer refunds, but since the user agreement page states "funds are returned to the same address from which they were originally sent", I'd like to point out that some users tend to send from addresses that they don't fully control ^{[e.g., other platforms & exchanges]}, so it'd be best to add a dedicated refund address field in the exchange window.

In this case, the user must provide proof that the transaction was made from a hot wallet, including screenshots of the transaction history and the transaction details.
