What differentiate a quality post from a quack one ?

Hi am new to Bitcointalk, I just started posting threads, and any board and enter to post I try reading the rules first, and what I see first is mostly  "only quality post are allowed here ", but as a beginner I can't differentiate between a quality post and a quack or non quality pos, so what are the things that differentiate a quality post from a quack post ?

A quality post is a post that is helpful to other members of the forum and beyond. It could be useful guides, answers to questions like the one you just asked. For a post to be described as a quality, it most be informative, most not be a vague statement and most be in line with the OP.

If you most start a thread you should search if such topic already exist before posting, a post generated by a ai, plagiarism of content is not considered quality, it is greatly frowned upon by the community. Just stay on point, help other members where you can with useful information, idea and answers,  that is what is considered a quality post.

Just try to reading a few posts in the board of preference especially those that have received some good amount of merits to know what a quality post should look like. In fact reading more at the start will help you a lot.

There is no clear cut difference between a post that is allowed in the board and one that may be deleted but if you spam with referral links, make unnecessary shilling posts, off topic posts, low quality one-liners, AI generated garbage, trolling etc, Chances are so high that it may be deleted.

If you want, you can take a look at BPIP > https://bpip.org/.
Pay attention to the first column on the left with a list of the most merited users. I doubt you will find one person there that writes "quack" posts. Open some random profiles and see how and what they write. After that, compare how they do it to the way your construct your posts. For example, this one in the OP. I am sure you will notice differences and what you can improve.

Having knowledge about the things you write about is of course key.

The tendency of getting posts deleted is very high when a post has the characteristics you have already mentioned here. In some cases, you could earn a tag if the team is too merciful to you, but the reality is that you will definitely pay for your mess if you dare to do so here on this platform.

There are some characteristics of a quality post. If you do not find any of those characteristics in your post, then you can call it a quack post.
Characteristics:

• The post should be educational.
• The post should be informative.
• The post should be basic.
• The post should be relevant.
• The post should be useful.
• The post should be skill-oriented.
• The post should be charitable, etc.

If any of the above characteristics are present in your post, then you can call the post a quality post. Even the post should have some structure that you can learn by following respected forum members. It is better to write the post in simple language than in complex language, so that everyone can understand it.

You many enough posts so far and with 28 posts made, you don't receive any merit. If merit is for quality posts, that means your 28 posts so far are not quality. Your posts are examples that "not quality posts" are still allowed here, that is opposite with your thinking as "only quality posts are allowed here". This debunk your wrong thinking on forum rules as there are only rules against off topic, zero or low value posts.

Quality posts get merit, non quality posts don't get merit, while no value posts can be deleted (not allowed here).

That's what the term "only quality post are allowed here " means.
Quality posts are those Very posts either thread (topic) or replies that other (s) can read, understand and finds meaningful values in the contents of the posts.
Quack post's you mean must be those valueless, senseless and sometimes unconstructive posts. Just trash and bla bla bla.

A quality post provides quality and beneficial information which will be useful and considerate to humans who are seeing it . One of the qualities of a good information is when it is processed by the viewer while non quality post will only filled up the space in the brain and not make one useful within the boundary of their thoughts

When someone writes 2-7 words in a post then it might not be a good quality post but when someone write at least 20-50 words or more that are enough to convey one's message then that's a quality post. No one is interested in reading posts that are 2-7 words long but surely the posts that give proper information are read by most people. Not only members of the forum but other visitors as well.

But, it doesn't mean if someone posts wrong information that 20-50 words or more in length is considered a quality post. Just keep one thing in your mind, a quality post is somehow helpful and a no quality post isn't helpful at all. It also depends on a user's point of view, but in my opinion a quality post is helpful and is written in good English with at least 20 words or more in length that helps the reader or solves an issue.

Any post that you are making naturally without forcing yourself to contribute to the thread should definitely be quality. Those type of posts are most times born out of experience and would help forum users discover answers to their questions.

So, the point is, if you have nothing new to add in a thread, just leave the thread instead of contributing to it because you will end up making a non quality contribution.

If you understand the topic given or the explanation is direct then it's a good quality post but if isn't then it's not a good quality or high quality post. As you have said, you don't know how to differentiate good quality post and low quality post then learning first would help you differentiate the quality of each post in the future. If you don't want to post low quality posts then you should learn how to make good quality posts in order to contribute to the forum and enjoy joining any discussions here in the forum.

Saying you couldn't differentiate a quality post from a non-quality post is insincere, and naturally, anyone should be able to differentiate the two. You can't compare a well-written constructive post with a badly written one, that's with objective.

Perhaps, you are concerned about a merit-attracting post, which is a different bargain that, even a quality post doesn't guarantee.

Taughts, insights and meaningful expressions are what a quality post is all about, this starts from the title and streams down to the content innst we are posting, this is not about how short or long our post is, but how accurate it serve it purpose, that is why we can't post on every thread we see except we ha e something new and important to say with taught.

A quality post is simply one that adds value to the discussion. When your post shows that you understand a particular topic, stays on point and explains why you think the way you do, you're making a quality post. A quack post usually lacks effort they're usually one-line, vague opinions, repeated questions without any personal input or probably lifted from somewhere and isn't your original idea. As a beginner,, you'll need to focus on reading existing threads, learning from experienced members and sharing your own thoughts clearly. Effort and relevance matter more than length.
