Yes, I believe gambling with Satoshis and gambling with USD /FIAT is different on a psychological level.

Gambling with Bitcoin is (to some extent) similar to gambling using Chips, it affects the inhibition of gamblers and prompts them to gamble more and with less care on what they are doing with their money.

In general, I tend to believe those people who use USD/Fiat instead of Bitcoin are more responsible in the long term, and it becomes easier for them to track their budgets and losses, inorder to keep their finances in order and under control.
That is specially true for small gamblers as well.

Bitcoin is money just as fiat. The difference is that Bitcoin is also an asset. I am careful when using Bitcoin to gamble because its price appreciates. I tend to gamble less with Bitcoin since it is an asset. Fiat and other coins has been my popular currency in gambling. When the Bitcoin price is going high, gambling with Bitcoin seems like a waste of money to me.

I do want to believe that it is the same gambling budgets that those gambling with the fiats will still use when gambling with crypto.
It could also be due to keeping privacy or the need to keep anonymity that could make them pay some additional price if betting on the Crypto Casinos demands more processes than the non crypto casinos.

No crypto casino offers total anonymity. The majority of them these days require KYC for use.

In my own opinion, I disagree with this. Gambling with bitcoin and fiat for me are the same. When I started gambling, it was with fiat but I was so reckless and lose money because I gamble more often. When I know about bitcoin, I do not have the kind of urgency to gamble like before but this started when I was still gambling with fiat, so I see gambling with bitcoin just as gambling with fiat. I notice one thing, that I am gambling with money regardless of using bitcoin or fiat, so I do not think bitcoin can make me gamble more because I see it as money just like fiat.

For me, I have realized that whenever I make use of a crypto casino or gambling sites I tend to make a higher deposits than when I am making use of a local casino.

The answer is Yes, and that's when you look at it from the gamblers general point of view. Because ever since Bitcoin was invented by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009 and first integrated into the gambling industry on the first crypto casino "SatoshiDice" in 2012, it became the place for gamblers who wanted to gamble anonymously without the need to verify KYC, and as time went by, lovers of anonymity started using it and it grew, of which today it is one of the most commonly used digital currency in the gambling industry. So on a general scale, it's obvious that people tend to gamble more with Bitcoin because of privacy. Whereas, on an individual scale, i might literally just say it doesn't change any bit, because a user who usually gamble an average of  $100 daily with Fiat, will still gamble the same amount in Bitcoi, since that's the amount he/she is used to gambling.

I share in your view, whether it’s Bitcoin, any other cryptocurrency or just fiat, it’s pretty much the same. I do use crypto casinos and I’ve also used fiat to gamble and I don’t see any difference between fiat and crypto gambling. The only thing I can say about crypto casinos is that you can access and make deposit to a casino from a totally different country without the currency barrier stuff. Crypto only created an easier payment gateway for casinos and not necessarily alter gambling experience.

The use of Bitcoin change and does not change how people gamble compared to the use of fiat currency.
I said this because it depends on personal preferences. Some gamblers who are also Bitcoiners cherish their Bitcoin to the extent of preferring to use stablecoin or altcoin instead of using Bitcoin due to the future benefit of BTC, while some Bitcoiners like to hold and also use BTC as a form of payment.

I have also same opinion that there is no extra benifit which will help us to win in our gambling but on the others cases it helps a lot like we don't have to face with the bank and as well if in a region gambling is ban then if a person have bitcoin or other currency then they will also able to play gambling with the cryptocurrency which is another kind of benefit and as well with bitcoin there will be much privacy. Gambling with fiat will make the gambler to be cautious and mindful of the amount of money they are depositing and gambling with. Infact, sometimes the difficulty in crediting your casino will save you some money.

But with crypto, it is very easy to credit and spend. If I bet in my local currency, I shouldn't go pass the equivalent of $2. But with crypto I can go more than $10.
