drugs and gambling both destroy a person’s life but the way they do it is different, drugs directly harm the body and the brain, health gets worse, working ability decreases, family problems increase and the risk of crime and death comes very quickly, this kind of destruction is visible, it happens fast and everyone can understand that something very bad is happening.
 
on the other hand gambling destroys a person slowly, it starts with fun then turns into loss, at one point everything goes out of control, after losing money debts begin, lies increase, relationships break, mental stress and depression grow, self respect is lost, the most dangerous part of gambling is that a person does not even realize when they have entered the path of destruction, so it can be said that drugs take life quickly while gambling slowly takes away the whole life...

Just yesterday I was in a restaurant and I some group of teenager's worked in talking.  The lady. Mentioned a hard drug that she would take and the friend replied that dont worry you will.be.carried from.school back to.your father's house again.  They placed order for ice cream and collected it, this young girl brought out a pink powdry substance and sprinkled.on the ice cream.  Quickly covered it and started taking it.

It sounds like a joke but drug abuse has become so common in our society that young people behave like they cannot do without it. Infact they carry it all around.  This has destroyed so many lives and future's of young ones destroyed.

If these things are that shown in public or tons of people eyes then it do shows on how rampant it is and also one of the contributing factor on why these kids or youth do get involved is that there's no strict control. Well, there's no way that we can eradicate drug addiction no matter how tight the regulation would be as these things could be done without anyone knowing. Symptoms or signs could be seen but well there's nothing we can do about it. These kids will eventually be ending up on having those regrets at the time comes on which drugs will be affecting them out severely on which not only on money but also into their health on which this would be basically the main thing that would be affected. Now that we are talking about gambling addiction then any forms of addiction will definitely be that can potentially mess up your life if you wont be that careful.

Its impotant that you should be that always be sensible into the actions that you are taking and decisions towards it. Its not bad to gamble as long there's moderation but for drugs? this is a no go and avoid as much as possible because it could harm out your health for this one.

That?s what my friend used to say. At first he would occasionally smoke weed, then it gradually turned into a kind of habit. What I kept hearing from him all the time was that he could control it and could easily quit whenever he wanted, he just didn?t want to. Eventually, it all developed into him smoking every day, sometimes several times a day, even from early morning, because according to him, it made it easier for him to work. But at that point it becomes clear that this is more about addiction. And I agree that there are no safe drugs, and that responsible drug use does not really exist either.

Surely, as you say, your friend then ended up in the sphere of addiction, because although he had rules at the beginning, he later went on to justify himself by saying that he didn't do anything, that it made him work better. This kind of justification then makes you fall into the trap of addiction. If the rule is I have to smoke once a day, that must be always!!

But I think if a person becomes addicted quickly, then in their case it works quickly. So people who take drugs initially do it for fun but gradually it turns into addiction. Even though they cannot be eradicated there's certainly a level that these things can be curtailed abit.  Most parents these days have given a free hand to children from the childhood to take decisions on their own.
