Yeah both can literally destroy one’s lives when treated wrongly . Because too much of everything is bad , normally those drugs that are being abused now was made for something , helpful (like to safe lives ) like pain killer but when it being abused it can do the opposite instead. So instead of the drug safe lives it endangers it cause of the over dose and stuff , gambling also was made for entertainment, so is like a paying for being entertained and stuff, so both wasn’t made with purpose ruins one’s lives , but due to the abusive approach it turns out to be harmful .
