For a starter? Nicehash makes everything almost automatic, but they used to take a fee slightly higher than other mining software and they require KYC nowadays

Lots but it is all for crapcoins not BTC because Bitcoin CANNOT BE DIRECTLY MINED using a CPU/GPU.

For study purposes, Compac F or BitAxe, or for a much cheaper price, try the Nerd Miner. This isn't software but a hardware unit that can mine Bitcoin. This won't make you earn, but you can learn how to mine on the pool. There's no software that you can use to mine BTC, but having an ASIC unit can let you mine BTC.

You can solo mine with our open source miner but your odds are astonishingly low.
