BC GAME System placing fake bets after big win. High dollar fake bets

I have video evidence of a technical glitch affecting my $5,000
balance. I would like this ticket escalated to a Senior Support Specialist or a Manager for a manual server-side audit. I won $5,000 and attempted to withdraw it but was not successful. According to BC GAMEs system, I started placing $100 & $200 bets back to back over 40 times until the funds were completely depleted. Some of the bets were $100 20x with not a single win in between. Or $200 20x without a single win in between. It’s totally bogus. I have video evidence of their system not crediting my balance after a win. Phantom bets popping up out of nowhere while I scroll through my transaction history. And several other system glitches. I was hoping @holydarkness could help me get this resolved. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

BC has decided to stop letting holydarkness be the go between any longer. Your options are deal with their support, create a ticket on casino guru, create a ticket on ask gamblers, or consider the money gone and move on.

Can you please add the correct format of the scam accusations? You can find it from the pinned post here. At least add some screenshots and transaction history if that's not breaking your privacy so we can understand the situation and discuss the issues. The bitter truth is BC Game has stopped responding to the forum allegations. In such a situation the only way is to contact their support or give up.

You can raise concern on their announcement thread and make sound their social media. So they may think to solve your issues. It seems they aren't friendly enough to solve such as issues, so there is not much hope for you.

I never prayed that anyone have an experience of losing his money on any casino by restrictions or ban of any kind, however, we have to understand more about the gambling platforms policies, because this can save us a lot of noises we could have engaged after our account has been restricted, because most of the affected users don't know that it was the system that flagged them for violations in the first place, lastly, dont deposit any amount of money you can't afford to lose on a casino platform, you can do it step by step but not at once, try engage them continuously, send email and wait for their response with expectations.

Like stated by others, I can't help any longer. BC's uhh... ad-interim spear-head is stonewalling me and severing ties that allows me to be their bridge with players. For the time being, I'll suggest you to substantiate your narrative with supporting evidence.

From where I stand, I can only see two outcome: either we somehow managed to get BC to get my old contact [who was on emergency leave] to handle things and restore our flow, or the forum accumulated enough cases that neg. trusts and flag will start appearing. Neither will happen from cases that's not substantiated, though.

If you have the additional evidence as you say, then why don't you include it in the scam accusation. BC.game support is known not to respond to scam accusations here, however they do say that they are making some changes so we do hope they come around and address your issue.

But first make the scam accusation much more believable by adding all the necessary evidence.
