BC.Game account unavailable for over a year and recovery team ignoring me

Hi there, so i have been trying to get ahold of BC recovery to get my account unlocked for quite some time but I have recieved 0 response

I have filled out all the required information that they requested, including deposit addresses, IPS, all the screenshots and even have more information to prove ownership of the account.

My account was KYC'd and I can even take a photo with my ID and the date to prove ownership.

I would really just like the resolve this issue and be able to log into my account.

Well, uhh... you wait for one year to escalate this matter to other platform? I'm sorry, it was a rather easy thing to "fix" for me if you come about two weeks ago, or perhaps the day after you meet no resolution. But now BC will handle things themselves, so I'll suggest you to upload necessary supporting evidence of the narrative you're telling us here [nothing private please], so BC can look into things themselves.

Have you tried other alternatives to get the issue resolved in that one year, such maybe raising a complaint on platforms like casinoguru or askgamblers. Honestly, their support seems not to be so efficient so trying different avenues could be worth a try.

Waiting for over a year to have an account recovered is absurd. You must really be very patient.

BC Game lately has not been responding to the forum allegations. As holydarkness said, he also won't help since the BC Game support team isn't collaborating with him. So you may go to their announcement thread to raise this concern; I am pretty sure you may not hear back from them, but at least some others would see and discuss your issues. Unless their support team helping you that's quite impossible to get a solution from here.

You may post more details here; also, you can try to write to their other social media, and their team would notice it as a serious issue. But I am curious why even a year after you have been trying to back on BC Game? There are a lot of reputable casinos where you can gamble if you want to gamble again. It's hard to believe you are coming back to the gambling after a year's break.

Heey man, go see how many pending accusations against bc game in this forum alone. Also note that all the accusations mentioned about the lack of support from their team who seems not carefull to build a strong reputation.

If you don't have funds locked in that account, you are lucky that you didn't used the casino since a year because you had to be another victim of system scam. Just forget about it and use another casino. There are many reputed ones out there.

If you have funds stucked in that account, I am sorry to tell you that you maybe lost them forever.
