This has not happened to me before.

If you have money in your gambling site account, the gambling site will make sure that you will not be able to withdraw until the money is paid. They will likely automatically deduct it from your account without requesting you about it.

But if you do not have money on the gambling account, they will deduct it from your next deposit.

I haven't experience having a negative account, the closest thing that I have is that I have a dust account and so I needed to deposit for more to be able to play and bet. Perhaps the best thing for you to do is to ask the support and see what happened to your account.

How can you have it when casinos might not allow you to bet more that what you have? Maybe they have a broken system since you where refunded and so they might not have counted that or simply it messed up the balance of your account.

It's better to clear it first before you deposit.

A strange situation, I’ve never heard of anything like this before. But I think you should contact the casino support so they can clarify the situation. Most likely, they will say that the money from your first bet was credited to you by mistake, and that bet was actually considered a losing one. After that, it’s up to you. If you agree with this, you can make a deposit and continue playing. If you don’t agree, then leave everything as it is and play at another casino. The choice is yours.

I've not experienced this nor heard about it, maybe you've got to reach out to the casino support since it is their error that you were reimbursed in the first place. I feel they should reset the balance to zero for you, that is the right thing to do.

Reaching out to them about this is even in a bid to help them since it is very obvious they are experiencing a system glitch as regards to games properly settling and their technical team needs be alerted to the case before it causes a serious malfunction in the future.

So did you report about what happened? Because rightnow, you basically owe the gambling site and what is likely to happen if you deposit again is what ever the negative balance you have on the account will be taken out on your fund if you deposit again.

That's a possibility too, that's why you ask them about the issue.

From what I see, this kind of thing do happen, because the mistake is from the system and this causes delay in settlement which also causes the casino to double count, from what you said it seems that the casino do quickly respond on giving money back to early then at the end later corrects it's me mistake if I should put it that way, which can cause negative balance in the account.

You see most times, the casino don't regardless it as debit rather they normally do lock the withdrawals till the balance come back to be positive or do modify the future wins to make up for it sometimes that's so frustrating but there is nothing you can do because it's more of a technical issue and not that you do owe them deliberately

That's a casino error, I don't think you're liable with the situation. Since it has lost, they could've let it pass, lol.
Showing negative error will surely going to deduct that amount on your next deposit. That, will serve as debt that you did not know existed.

I think you should open a ticket to their customer support to waive the negative balance and reset back to zero since it was not your fault they're refunding something back to your account. Anyone might be surprised if something has been refunded back to your account, but many would think it's some sort of a bonus, lol.

This is more than a simple error from my knowledge, something triggered the wrong pattern the bet settled and can escalate to more serious system bugs in the future. Serious system malfunctions starts from negligible bugs like you experienced now, if left unattended it may escalate and affect the system in a larger scale. The best action remains to inform them about such occurrences so they can trace its cause and correct it immediately.

They didn't contact the user in that regard, read the OP properly. These activities are done automatically when some conditions are met, the back and forth in settling the game and recrediting his account and later deducting it again indicates some irregularity and shows that there is some system malfunction somewhere. Depositing, game results and settling the games are done automatically, unless it is in a very local casino that did theirs manually.

I think its a glitch and you don't have anything to worry since as what other people said its a system error and the mistake happen is at their end so they should not charge their user towards that situation happens.

But in case that there's more confusion on your side and you still don't know what to do despite of many opinions shared in this thread. Much better if you contact their support to get a real answer and proper fixing towards that negative balance happened in your account.

I doubt you are in a debt, it must be a visual glitch on the system only as I've experienced similar case in Stake IIRC when there was a visual glitch on the account balance.
Why dont you mention the casino? who knows that there are also some users in this forum who are also playing in the same casino and may try it themselves?
And why didn't you ask the casino about this issue to know the explanation from the casino so you wont speculate too much.

I have only experienced one a negative balance in my bank account Never saw negative balance in casino. 100% that is a bug and you better report, before casino cover that negative balance from your next deposit. I have experienced "wrong market or something similar" several times. My sports bet was unsettled for days or a week, even though event has ended. I have contacted support and they have changed that bet into lost (correct, I have lost my prediction).

It never happened to me, but it piqued my curiosity. I mean, I have seen errors in odds, then they suddenly change them. I already had a win, even if the game had not started yet, and I think it was an error on their side. I could actually cash it out without any worries about whether the player will meet the props that I set because it's already a win.

What happened to you was something I don't want to see happen to me. It will probably make me lazy to deposit again, knowing that it will cut the debt after. This should be a mistake in their system, and they should fix it first before we deposit again.

It's indeed going to feel weird, especially as you have used that same money to bet on another game and lost it. Assuming you won it could have been a different case, but here it's as if you are going to repay debt of money you never really asked to be loaned to you.

I have not been in this situation before, but I know someone who have and in his case they waited till when he made his next deposit they deducted the negative balance and leave others for him to continue gambling with.

I don't think it's a big deal, it can happen to anyone. I just feel that the casino just had a network glitch that made a Lost game to refund after losing, and this made you gamble with it again and lost. And now you re owing the casino right? All you just need is to deposit in your account for them to debit you the exact amount you owe them. After that everything will be fine.

I have not read about this before but I have read about people that is winning on gambling sites, that the gambling site can reduce the money the gambler is using to bet or not let the gambler bet anymore. I have not experienced this before and I do not know if it is true or not.

How possible,?  I was wondering whether you don't understand it maybe mistake. I have never experienced such before, what I know is maybe you were having free bounce. There were once I was placing a bet, not really understanding the way casino bet is. I got it all wrong at same time I don't even know when I finish the cash in my balance. Anyway my experience that was bad.
