From my experience, I see a lot of gambling ads when I’m watching sports, mostly because I’m using IPTV where you can stream channels from all over the world. As per my country gambling is prohibited by government. If anyone caught my promoting Casino and they will be get punished under law enforcement. But still there are lots of people are just advertising those Casino. It's clear that casino offer a healthy sum of money just for promoting their brand

I wanna know where do you see it? Like probably, social media? tbh I am not very good at this kind of discussion, but in this case common sense should apply. If country considers gambling illegal but still allows gambling advertisements, it usually means those ads are not meant for local residents. Most of time, they target users from other jurisdictions where gambling is legal.

I think it will be more difficult to advertise offline and no one will dare to do it if the country bans gambling like in our country in Indonesia.
There are many bans that have been put in place and restrictions even for disguised advertisements about gambling.

Example is Facebook that as been accused of having ads for illegal online gambling operators in countries like India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Philippines where gambling is banned. The world has grown to the extent that it has to be very difficult to control how things fly around, in the world today you can visit sites that are banned and even change your GPS to other countries just to access their country and such kind of things can possibly allow ads to run in the country where gambling is banned but regardless I haven't seen a country where gambling is banned permanently but it's always temporary and it ends up allowing them later so if ads are ran today in such country maybe tomorrow they can allow gambling.
