I have cousins that want to learn a lot about Bitcoin so I am thinking of gifting them some not so real Bitcoin, I mean the Testnet Bitcoin but I want to know if a Bitcoin wallet exists where two people can have the wallet and start sending Bitcoin between them, which Bitcoin wallet is best for this?..
Does Bitcoin has a specific wallet for Testnet purpose only?

It's been some time since I last tried Mycelium, so not sure how good it is, but it looks like they have a "testnet only" version just like you want: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycelium.testnetwallet&hl=enAlthough I'm not sure about the second part of "where two people can have a wallet and start sending bitcoin between them". Each one of them must open the app, generate a receiving address and send it to the other. They're not going to see each other's wallet magically show up just because they're nearby, or something (if that's what you want). They also need to look for "Testnet faucets" and claim some tBTC to play around with, I don't believe Mycelium gives you any.

Op, here is the key thing to keep in minds and that's starting newcomers with a shared wallet can actually cause more confusion than learning. Bitcoin’s core lesson is self-custody so each person should have their own testnet wallet from the start. Testnet already solves the free coins problem without needing special setups. Any decent wallet that supports testnet will work and the experience closely mirrors mainnet. This is the best way to teach them and help them build the right habits from an early stage in crypto.

Let OP let them know, bitcoin testnet wallet is not real bitcoin, so that they don't put their hope on what is not. You can make use of Electrum as well for the testnet purpose. There are procedures, though, to set up for that on your Electrum testnet wallet, but I've found an article on this forum that also suggests the way to go about this. Electrum Testnet Guide (under construction) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5393289.0Here's another guide to follow up on setting up a bitcoin testnet wallet https://www.ulam.io/blog/how-to-setup-a-custom-bitcoin-testnet#

First of all to learn about bitcoin they actually don't need bitcoin and you chose the right thing with testnet wallet.
Electrum is lightweight and you can have testnet3 and testnet4 coins, respectively. And running on testnet mode is simple too on lightnet wallets.
But before all that, how about introducing them to bitcointalk and let them read some of the sticky threads?
Edit: Typo corrected.

Yes, there are wallets that can be used by two people. This is called multisig 2-of-2. This means that both people can use the wallet together. Even though the testnet is Bitcoin, it is important to understand the seed phrase and basic concepts first to learn. Does Bitcoin has a specific wallet for Testnet purpose only?
there is no specific wallet for Bitcoin's testnet. However, most wallets allow you to use a separate testnet wallet by turning on Testnet Mode. Since your cousins are new, it would be better to choose a simple and user-friendly wallet for learning purposes.

I think you will have to spend time to get some TBTC or money to get some TBTC right now as people are not willing to give out TBTC for free or unlike before so if you will have to do that or borrow some TBTC, why not just do that with real BTC and play around with a little money on a wallet like electrum and see how well your cousin Dan you will be able to manage everything that will have to do with the bitcoin in real time, this opinion of mine is not a financial advise you can disregard it.

First of all, you are doing a really good job. But mate, I don't think so. If it is necessary to go this way, I mean, as you said, you want to guide them by sending some testnet coins so that they can understand Bitcoin. I think you should guide them about blockchain and the basic fundamental about bitcoin currency. Like, it has a fixed supply, and it is the first decentralized currency in the crypto space. There than this if they need more in-depth knowledge, I would suggest that you bring him to this forum, as this forum is full of deep knowledge that will help him to learn more about Bitcoin currency more easily. And this is what I personally experienced: the best knowledge that I gained is from this forum, and this is why I am suggesting you do this.

Will gifting them some Testnet Bitcoin make them understand Bitcoin very well? Why not start with teaching them the basics of Bitcoin and all they need to know about real Bitcoins. Once you see their level of interest and commitment, you can then gift them real bitcoins for their efforts. At least this time you know they earned it. Testnet Bitcoin will only teach them how to send and receive coins with mistakes. It will teach them about transaction fees and everything about how wallets work. This is good, but teach them more why Bitcoin is valuable and how to secure their bitcoins. Testnet Bitcoin is not bitcoin.

It's testnet3 and 4, the second version didn't live that long and died a long time ago. But I also suggest using Electrum since it is the safest and most popular light wallet there is with active development which makes it excellent as their bitcoin wallet (after they learned using bitcoin with testnet). It just checks all the boxes such as: - 100% open source - Has been around for a long time so the bugs are found and code is reviewed by many - Has deterministic builds (that is very rare among wallet softwares) - Easy enough to use

Electrum has many great things for users from beginners to advanced users for making it as one of most recommended Bitcoin wallets. SPV, open source, long history, good reputation, and matches different needs of different user levels. With Electrum wallet, if wanting privacy, people can run Tor when using Electrum and broadcasting transactions. As all Bitcoin wallets, there are necessary things for safe use. Why you want to prank with your cousins? That's not a gift, you are not purchasing anything, you are just giving them testnet bitcoins from testnet sites, and I think you also don't know which sites give testnet tokens. There are many wallets that can be used for testnet purposes. I once used electrum for testnet and it was not that hard. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5393289.0Visit this thread, you will know how to set up an Electrum for testnet, and also the OP mentioned few sites for testnet tokens, and don't use the term gift.

I am curious what will be the reaction of your cousin after you've gifted those testnets to them.
They'll sure have that thought you've given them significant amount of money. And I hope that your relationship with them won't end if they have figured out you pranked them.
So give us a glimpse of what happened after you do it since you've got an idea of which wallet to use for it.
