How to buy on Jumia with bitcoin

I want to use bitcoin to purchase something on Jumia, I saw:

I can only use Cryptorefills to buy just 100,000 naira of the gift card but i want to buy something worth of 500,000 naira on Jumia with bitcoin. Service like this is not available for now on Bitrefill and Uquid.

Is there how I can go about it on Jumia?

If you only saw this option to only purchase products at the maximum limit of 100,000 Naira , then maintain the product in your cart and continue the process five times to complete the 500,000 Naira.

If gift cards you want to purchase with that amount at once, then you can look up to other platforms like g2a and others, maybe they could allow you purchase gift cards worth 500k Naira via Bitcoin (haven't tried it yet).

Went through the site Cryptorefill..
100k is just for a single unit I.e if you redeem it on Jumia you will get 100k  to use on  your order.
On the checkout page , you will see something like this beside the order details  :

Change the quantity to whatever you want, by default it selected 5, not sure if that’s how it should but you can select up to 10.. This implies that you will get 10 Jumia cards that can be redeemed in order as vouchers , not sure how the redeem aspect works but you should figure it out.
