It is understandable to see that musicians are not really prepared fot public speaking and it's unnecessary for us to compare a politician to a musical artiste that is only concerned with music and making the crowds to be in a musical rhyme. This is not the first time we are seeing big well known artistes not good at giving speech on stage because that is not what they are prepared for, music is different from public speaking and we dont have to relate it together. Most musicians are mostly on drugs and that is what usually give them the morale to speak on stage and make the atmosphere tremble for joy.

For me both have different worlds that they're operating from and they do talk better when they're in their areas of specialty they will always and are always comfortable. You see musicians are good when it comes to entertainment and do make good sense when it' comes to emotions and sounds while politicians are good when it comes to public speech, they're well trained when it comes to addressing the crowd or people, they're also good in words that will make people follow them or carry people along

The thing is that both a politician and musician has the place where they're are confident with and not that a musician can talk but when it comes to political settings that's when a politician comes in so both can talk when it comes to their zone of specialty

the simple answer to this is that politicians have to address the public professionally as they often talk about serious issues but musicians aren’t really required to do the same. they often talk casually just like anyone would.

What do you think about the low level public speaking skill of musicians compared to politicians?

Musicians and Politicians?, these are two different occupations that doesn't blend too well.
I'm not exactly sure of what an artist should be doing in the midst of politicians other than performing their songs. Being musically inclined and politically inclined are two different thing. That aside, but since this particular observation was just from a particular artist, we can't really use that to generalize the entire music industry. Don't be surprise, some artist might be politically inclined, and can address people well. Someone like snoop dog shouldn't find it difficult I guess.

Politicians are trained to speak publicly and eloquently to convince people and buy their admiration and support while musicians are trained to thrill the crowds with their melodious voices, so they are not supposed to be a match in public speaking, although being able to address the public is a personal skill that should be learned by public figures.

Give the same politician a microphone and tell him to perform against a crowd and see the blunder they would commit on stage. They are two different profession. Such a comparison is one-sided.
