After checking your website and About page I have to say that I would not trust you with my coins and travelings.

OK, if we pay you directly with bitcoin, how are you paying for flights and hotels than?
If you are paying this with fiat currencies than you are acting as a third-party in our payments.

Nevertheless, in many cases our flight prices are lower than Travala’s.  

That can be debated, and cross checking needs to be performed as a proof.
I could probably find even better deals for fiat payments with low cost flights.

Just to clarify: most airline tickets are non-refundable by default. Refunds, changes, or cancellations depend on the fare rules set by the airline, and Travala is bound by those same rules. This applies to us as well.

Congratulations for providing such a great services all around the world. The services cryptotraveler providing are all those which is need of every person. I have some questions here.

First of all I will talk about price. I have checked my own country Esim price. These Esims are so much expensive. The site offering 20 GB for a price of 28€ while the Same Esim we can get here just for 12€. This Site charging 3x more than local price so why we choose this site?  Same price issue with flight also but 1.5x more than the local price.
