You're not allowed to ask users to post in your announcement thread for payment. You need to remove that requirement and users might try to start joining the bounty. You would also see more interest if you were paying in USDT or some other listed coin vs your token if your token is not listed. Users aren't really interested in being paid in something if they cannot cash out right away.

Bounties are complicated at times as most times it is a start up trying to gain traction, but you gotta have some capital to gain interest IMO.
