What happened:: I saw artw1982 thread

We have agreed to settle on renting his mining rigs for
2 months and 1 week for
1 BTC.
Which started from March 5, 2014 and will end on May 12, 2014. I have paid him the fee in 2 parts, 1st is 0.75 BTC and then sending 0.25 BTC on the following day. He provided me Teamviewer access on the rig. All connection and mining were good but on
March 15 ,where in I could not connect to the mining rigs.
I emailed and sent skype msg to him and he said it might be a cable or internet issue,just try to connect again.
I Did my part and still nothing and raised the problem to him,to make the story short, he told me the miners are working fine but the
laptop that is hosting the miners did not able to start-up and he might be needing to replace it soon.
Within a week I keep asking for an updates, he said he was looking online for possible replacement for the laptop and then he told me that there slots that will be opening soon on his two 600 Ghs mining rigs on
April 3 and 18. Since he was not able to get a replacement and some misunderstanding along the way,
I agreed to continue the remaining rental time that he owes me on one of those mining rigs.
But days coming before
April 3 and until now, no updates from him. I can see him posting on the forum and logging in but no he keeps ignoring my PMs and emails. He even tried to removed me from his shared contact list on skype.

An Update:
As the poster stated himself I promised a resolution between the 3rd and the 18th. This is only the 4th. Until I suppress the 18th stay out of my business.- the Feedback artw1982 gave on DannyHamilton on his Trust summary. DannyHamilton is just trying to warn and caution people on doing trades with this person.
What artw1982 promised me is to provide an ASAP solution to the problem and I even emailed him to reserve the April 3 rent for the 600 Ghs so I can continue the rent time he owed me since March 16, BUT he made NO reply nor response to my post, emails and PMs ever since.
Then he assumes that I will wait until April 18? 
Until this problem is resolved the negative trust ratings will stay that way.
