I feel like it’s not necessary how those that benefits the board, interview on what basis? Maybe you should think of something you can do that will require the engagement of reputable senior member of this board but not definitely this route think of how to add value to the board.

Currently if we are to talk about rank OP, It is very clear both of you are of the same rank or maybe you are forgetting that fact. But nevertheless that is not really why I wrote this.
My main concern is if you only want to interview Legendary members and you think those people that are of lower ranks are only going to sact as spammers or won't contribute anything meaningful, how would you then feel if the Legendary members also look at you and say they do not see any good conversation or contribute your interview will bring because compared to their level or rank, you are so much lower and thus your level of knowledge will be mid compared to theirs. Therefore agreeing to let you interview them will be like giving you indirect chance to spam the forum.

Well it's a fine idea and I'll like you to make a thread about it not this one another one well constructed with important questions that can also benefit others probably. Zasad has one I think you could find it and probably take some inspiration from them so long it's nice I personally think I would participate.

Plus you should at the very least open it for senior members and above. There are fine posters of these ranks scattered across the board it's good they say something too.

Sounds like a good idea Karl, there's also a thread about interview of the forum members, it's a general thread not on this local board but if you want to start one on the local board, e no go bad but make you know say if the interview too they personal, many of  the legendary fit no participate for the inteview because they value their privacy because of how insecurity be this time. This is not the first of its kind in this forum, I have come across this in the general board long time ago but I can’t remember if it was only for legendaries or all members, but it was a very interactive thread as all those that replied to the threads already have a questionnaire to answer to. It was a general question about the forum and users experience about the forum.

If you center the question about the forum engagement and how people feel about the forum, I think it will be more interesting and many legendaries will like to answer to them and take part actively in it. Their words of advice and encouragement will make newbies even more interested and courageous to grow more in the forum.

I can see some of you are asking what's the point of this thread since anyone can simply send PM to ask a legendary member a question,  that is a fair question.  But however, threads like these can create discussions that help multiple members learn something at once.  Not everyone has the confidence to send a PM,  and the public questions and answers are visible for those that are too shy to ask.

That said,  I think the idea could be refined a little better.  Experience on this forum is not limited to legendary members alone.  Members of different ranks have gone through challenges and have had their fair share of problems,  made mistakes, and learned important lessons along the way. The discussion would be better and more informative if more members could tell their stories.

So while I understand and  appreciate the idea behind this thread, but I think the idea would be better if it promoted more participation instead of just legendary members.  This is simply my personal  view.

Also know that you are not right, this is more about influence. Naija major board can contain information about what is going on the board and also the discussions about Nigeria posters on this board.

You are supposed to be in elementary school learning how to stay polite and focus on how to pass your exams than wasting your precious time here looking for who will stay around with you like a jobless little black sheep. Igebotz will not know that you and your friends are the one causing this, poor poster like you spamming with Stake campaign with others that may not rank up to legendary. Why are you people that are receiving little merit do not like the interview? Because with what I see about your account, it is very possible you will not rank up to legendary fast.

If you say you do not know if I am from Nigeria, that shows the reason you are not receiving merit, because you are on this forum to spam. It is very easy to know who lives in Nigeria from what people are posting on our local board but many of you only spam with your friends up to when you become hero member. Shame on you to find it difficult that I am a Nigerian.
